Just in time for Foliage season and the busy Ski season ahead, this first time rental is ready to call home for your next Stowe Vacation! Beautiful updates have been made throughout the home including a brand new kitchen, HW floors throughout, and a spacious new layout that accommodates any group. Spread over three levels of living you will enjoy large bedrooms with en-suite baths, two working fireplaces, front and rear decks, a fun kids bedroom with adjoining second living room. Guests will enjoy the sprawling Stonybrook property with over 100 acres of trails, two outdoor heated pools, multiple tennis courts, direct access to Stowe's famous Recreation path and conveniently located in the heart of Stowe just 5 miles to the Mountain parking lot and minutes from the Trapp Family Lodge, Alchemist, Stowe's Farmers Market and several great restaurants and shops! **Month Long Rentals available for January, February, and March - please message owner for Rates and Info)**

First the Condo is at least as good as described: clean, large, outdoor space, and the complex is beautiful, slightly secluded. Second the Location - walking distance to everything in Stowe. It's right on the walking/ biking path with several restaurants and the Alchemist right there. And 2.2 miles (short uphill bikeride) to Von Trappe (downhill home). And Third, Stacey was a perfect host - responded about planning details (e.g. it does have a grill), and helped us with internet once there). This place worked wonderfully for 5 adults (with plenty of space left over), would be great for family(s). We were very impressed.

Spent a long weekend with our immediate family of five (with three kids), as well as grandparents. The house has plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The host was extremely responsive to my inquiries and even made local suggestions! The described recent renovations described in the kitchen are absolutely great, though note that the renovations didn’t carry throughout the entire house including some of the bathrooms, but the pictures are reasonably accurate. We would definitely stay here again if we had the same crew.

We had a perfect stay in this incredible home! It had everything we need and ample space for all of us. The beds were comfy and the views of the forest from each window were so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!

We travelled from Arizona and Texas for our daughters graduation from Norwich. This home was great. My family had lots of space to hang out and enjoy our time together. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, games for the kids and loved sitting outside on the patio.
The refrigerator didn’t work when we arrived. We contacted the owner and she immediately tried having it repaired and replaced but it just didn’t work out. My brother and husband ran out and purchased a couple ice chests to save our groceries and the 2 tenderloins we bought for graduation dinner. Thankfully there was a freezer downstairs to store ice. Although this beautiful cozy home had no refrigerator and we lived out of ice chests for three days, we had the best time with our family in this home celebrating our daughter.
The owner communicated with us quickly and tried to have it replaced. She is taking care of us and giving us a reimbursement.
These things happen and it was a huge inconvenience, but Stacy was so nice and communicated so quickly, she did her best to fix the situation and is taking care of us.

What a great property! My wife and our kids spent a long fall weekend with my brother and his family. Truly a perfect location and experience to bring the cousins together and reconnect in Stowe. The owner was responsive and the property was updated, clean, and welcoming. We loved it!

We had a great stay at the house. It was updated, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We had sheets and towels for the 9 adults staying at house. The house was very clean.
The manager was very flexible when we requested a change in our stay. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic house - tons of room, great gathering area and kitchen, well equipped and clean. We made good use of tennis courts and pool which were about a 5-minute walk or very short drive, and not over-subscribed. And rec path (10 minute walk or very short drive to parking lot) plus all the great places and town center on Mountain Road. A few notes not apparent from listing, in case they are relevant for future renters: 1. There is even more sleeping space than you would expect, as I think the two connecting bunk rooms downstairs (which sleep 3 kids each) are counted as one bedroom because only the exterior one has windows; 2. For anyone with limited mobility, there is an entry-level master bedroom once you are in the unit, but there is the equivalent of a flight of exterior steps to get to the front door (not a complaint at all, just a heads-up as VRBO doesn't usually provide this info).

Great Stay!
Wonderfully updated property close to everything Stowe has to offer. Room for 4 families. Kids loved the playroom and bunks, parents enjoyed all the upscale surroundings. The Stonybrook property itself is a huge plus. Will hope to return here regularly.

Amazing stay!
My family and I had so much fun staying at this beautiful condo! There was so much space to spread out to sleep and hang out. Everything was recently updated with a modern kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. The stonybrook complex has many great amenities including 2 pools, tennis courts and walking trails. It is right near the bike path and lots of fun restaurants and breweries. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Perfect mountain escape!
So happy to find this beautiful. The place was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable! There wasn’t anything that we needed or wanted that wasn’t available. Truly a wonderfully central spot in Stowe! Will definitely place this on the book again category!

Great townhome condo near walkable to the Village of Stowe
Great weekend in this updated townhome. Kitchen is great with current finishes and open to vaulted dining/living. There is a TON of room. We used the first floor and second floor bedrooms and never touched the basement hang out room and two bunkrooms with full bath. A good time was had by all!

Ski weekend
What a great comfortable place! We had a few families come to Stowe for Sugar SL weekend. All was great! The condo was clean, all amenities available, and the owner was super easy to communicate with. I wish we could have booked a few more nights. The teens used the basement and there was plenty of space! Thank you!

Great place!
We took our college aged boys here for a three night stay to ski. What a perfect place, close to mountain yet tucked away enough to avoid traffic and feel like we really got away. House was more than enough, newly renovated and redone. All was there that we needed and everything comfy and well decorated. We used the wood burning fireplace every night, great way to warm up after a day of skiing! Will be back for sure!

Beautiful condo
This condo is beautiful! It’s spacious and updated it has everything you need! We had such a fun time, and it accommodated our large family well. The beds are super comfortable, the furniture is all new, it is in close proximity to the mountain. We made cozy fires at night after a day of skiing, and there was plenty of wood available. We would recommend staying

Great multi-family townhouse
We had a wonderful stay while skiing at Stowe Resort. The location was very convenient to the downtown area and approximately a 12 minute ride to the slopes although with weekend traffic and fresh snow fall, it was closer to 25 minutes at prime opening hour. Stacey was a fantastic host! She was very responsive with questions and updates. The townhouse exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable for our two families - 7 people in total with room to spare. There were two master suites and bedrooms on all three levels. There were two living room areas which allowed for parents and teens to have their own space at night. There was plenty of well seasoned firewood on hand and the community cleared/shoveled fresh snow quickly for ease of traveling. Stacey's place earns a 5 star from us and we will certainly be staying again when we return to the Stowe area! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Great place to stay!
We were in town for my brothers wedding at von trapp. We had 3 families with kids ages 4m to 7. We really enjoyed everything about this property. Great house, all amenities you need, great location, great host. Communication was excellent. Loved the bonus of having access to the wine cabinet. We drank about one bottle because we were so tired from wedding festivities, but a very nice touch.

great location! clean spacious home...
Stacey was an excellent host. Communication was perfect right from get go. The home itself is great - very spacious (rooms are bigger than they seem in pics), the lower floor has great new renovations, the kitchen is modern and amazing - well stocked with pots n pans n all you would need to cook a good meal. And a well stocked bar!!! Great wine collection for guests to enjoy!
The home also had a lot of board games and art stuff for kids to enjoy. Also close to all restaurants, hiking trails and all that Stowe has to offer.
Couple things to improve the experience even more - the deck could have been cleared off the leaves and some outdoor seating would be nice. But I am sure it will be taken care of in the future.
Must stay, we will definitely consider this property again when we are in the area. Thank you Stacey!
