Further touches include repainted kitchen cabinets, an updated and repainted dry bar, a 70-inch Smart TV with a soundbar, and all three TVs wall-mounted.
Amazing views and endless beach fun await – not only are you perched in the heart of Bethany Beach, but you also won't have to go far from home base to have endless fun in the sun at the ten on-site shared pools, multiple hot tubs, a tanning deck, and sandy beaches mere steps away. Any downtime spent indoors will be a treat as well, with stylish decor, comfortable furnishings, and all of the modern conveniences needed for a memorable stay.
The interior of this getaway will have you in a calm mindset with the cool tones and airy living area layout. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). the apartment was even better than the pictures if you can believe it. the place is really bright which is good to know because some photos can make spaces look brighter than they are! checking in was seamless. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The condo was very nice and very comfortable. We loved having 2 recliner chairs! The view is amazing, and the property has many great amenities.
I would say the mattresses are very uncomfortable. Other than that, the place had everything we needed.

Everything was great but the master bedroom mattress was absolutely horrible had to sleep on the sofa. If they change the mattress out I would give higher rating

Good position in building - great view of ocean and pools but able to take stairs or either elevator with ease. The unit was nicely decorated. Bathrooms were clean. Owner was thoughtful about what they have available in closets. More beds than you’d need - I wouldn’t try to sleep 6 in this unit but good for a single family of 4-5.

Good, but faint cigarette smoke smell
Decent place. Spacious and clean with a nice view, it has everything you NEED, but maybe not everything you WANT. That said, there was a distinct but faint smell of cigarette smoke which we determined came from the dingy, old carpeting in the master bedroom. Smokers shouldn’t come to Sea Colony - they’re not welcome. As I said in the title, this place was “good” and everything worked well, but if you want a fresh clean-smelling unit with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms and new/non-lumpy mattresses, this isn’t your place. When you stay in Edgewater, you expect a more modern/recently upgraded space but this unit doesn’t have that. It seems as if this unit was updated in the late 1990’s/early 2000’s but cheaper finishes and furniture were employed. The kitchen appliances may have been replaced within the last ten years but they are the exception. The rest of the unit was in need of refreshing. Carpeting in a beachfront rental unit just doesn’t work. Note to all owners, hardwood, tile and/or vinyl floors are a must. Overall, I’d rent this unit again for a weekend, but not for a full week.

Great stay
Beautiful condo by the sea for my wife and I and two daughters (2/5yo). Very clean, kid friendly and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and we were happy to see the sand cart and beach chair. Would definitely stay here again.
