We just loved our stay! The condo was so beautiful! Practically everything we could need was available to us. Location was perfect for our travel plans to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The hosts were so gracious, thank you!! We will return!!

This was a beautiful appointed condo. It exceeded our expectation. Excellent location and quiet. The kitchen was the best equipped and loved the coffee bar! Everything was well stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We would highly recommend staying here. Fast communication from Susan made this stay pleasant. Thank you Susan and Tony

This was my first time using a vacation rental unit was warm and inviting comfortable clean very well stocked for my family's stay wish i had more time there but was only in town for our daughter's Hooding Ceremony will definitely book again if ever in the area host were very promp with arrival and departing instructions over-all very impressed

Property was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. Very quiet, away from all the noise of the city. You would be hard pressed to find a better stocked facility with comfortable accommodations. Very relaxing, especially the screened in porch-wonderful!!! Definitely would stay on next trip to Tucson!

So happy we chose this condo! It's exactly as described, lovely SW decor, comfortable & cozy, with extra thoughtful amenities like coffee & flavored syrups. Immediately felt at home here. Quiet & felt very private even though there are other units nearby, and Ventana Canyon location is great. Lots of hiking trails nearby and lots of restaurants & stores only a 5 min drive away. Easy check in & out, and although we didn't get to meet Susan & Tony, communication was great, with instantaneous replies to messages! We loved it all -- Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All of the previous reviews are spot on. It was a fantastic stay. The communication with the host was easy and quick. The condo is a 2nd story unit in a nice location backing up to the mountains and the Ventana trail, in a great complex. Easy covered parking right outside the condo. The condo is stylishly decorated, very clean, cozy feeling, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, all kinds of pillows to choose from, and plenty of towels/blankets. It had an extremely well stocked kitchen (tons of utensils, pots/pans, strainers, measuring cups, etc. plus things like ziploc baggies, foil, a cooler and ice packs which were great for days trips and probably some items from previous guest that could be shared, like we left olive oil and some coffee.) Also well stocked bathrooms with soap/shampoo, cotton balls, extra toothbrushes, hair dryer, etc. We enjoyed use of the pickle ball equipment, and walking sticks and there was tennis equipment. We spent a ton of time on the screened-in patio - great view, very comfortable seating and side tables and a retractable shade but we didn’t need that. The hosts welcomed us with a note and cookies, such a nice touch. Really a perfect experience and couldn’t ask for anything different. We hope to go back and stay here some day or at one of their other properties. Thank you Susan and Tony!

This condo is in a beautiful foothills community, a perfect location to do everything in and around Tucson in our opinion. We loved the decor, space, screened porch, HBO Max (watched Succession!), extras in the kitchen, access to a lovely clubhouse, pool and hot tub, friendly neighbors and beautiful landscaping right out our door. Thank you Susan for an especially wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at this amazing condo from December through March. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The condo is in a quiet complex, nestled in the Catalina Foothills, with majestic views of the mountains from the living room and screened in porch. The location is perfect, with easy access to the rest of Tucson and hiking and biking close at Sabino Canyon and The Loop. The condo is well laid out, with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and a very comfortable living area and dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything needed to make snacks or a meal. The washer and dryer came in handy! And I can't say enough good things about the owners, Susan and Tony. They are the epitome of Premier Hosts, and great people, responding to questions quickly and fixing problems in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo if you want a great experience! We loved it!

It was home away from home for us in this beautifully decorated second floor condo. Very nice views from the screened in deck and the living room. We enjoyed lounging and having drinks outside and appreciated the comfortable outdoor furniture and retractable shades. The kitchen is fully equipped and was great for preparing meals. The complex is peaceful and quiet and locals living here were very friendly. You can also walk over to the Loews Ventana resort via a path that leads up to Ventana Canyon the other direction. The pool is heated and comfortable for a dip or swimming. The location of the complex is great in a very nice area of Tucson. Sabino Canyon is close and good access to Saguaro National Park East. Excellent communication with the Owners and they made sure we had everything we needed. Very happy overall and highly recommend!

What a great condo! Scenic location and everything we needed for my wife, myself, our teen and frequent visits from our daughter attending U of A. We frequently used the screened in porch. And a wonderful hiking trail is next to the property. When we had questions the owners always responded promptly. Everything was wonderful! We hope that we will get to stay here again.

The home is decorated very beautifully and has many nice touches that will make any length of stay very comfortable. The parking is also very close to the home entrance which is very convenient. The Garth's are extremely generous and kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at any of their rental properties. You couldn't ask for a better and more attentive hosts. My family looks forward to staying here again in the future.

This property has everything you could want. Beautifully appointed with a wonderful view out the screened porch. Kitchen well stocked and beds, linens and towels, all exceptional. The proximity to Ventana Canyon Trailhead. which is literally right outside your door and Sabino Canyon 2 short miles away. Catalina state park is a quick 25 minutes and downtown Tucson the same. We love this area and this complex is quiet and beautiful with incredible neighbors, two pools and more. The owners were so quick to respond to a few questions we had that you felt so comfortable if you had to ask for anything...which you won't...because it is an amazing place.

We absolutely had a great time at this property. The layout is nice, the property is quiet (seemingly age of tenants between 45-80). The tennis court was great, the hot tubs worked mostly (only a couple of power outages) and the outside patio was really nice. We had friends staying at a location next door, so location was great. Thumbs up!

We had a lovely time here. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The condo is quiet and the beds are comfy. If you like hiking, the ventana canyon trail leaves right from the parking lot. Lots of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would recommend!

Amazing !

This was the best short term rental we’ve stayed at. Clean and quiet. Everything in the home is so nice too; from the beds to the linen to the SW style decor. They also had nice little touches like a Keurig, board games and puzzles, and even bath robes! Very convenient location if you love Sabino Canyon and the foothills restaurant scene. I hope to own a condo like this as our second home one day. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!
