On blue-sky days, take a 16-mile drive to Goose Island State Park for hiking and kayaking, or cast a line off the park's 1,620-foot-long fishing pier. Drive eight minutes and learn about everything from pirates to oil drilling at Texas Maritime Museum. From here, stroll to the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor or meander to Rockport Beach and sprawl out beside the Gulf. Laid-back eateries are also just a short drive from home.

Up the wooden staircase, you'll find your private covered deck with outdoor seating - a serene, relaxing spot with morning coffee. Inside, light pours into an open living, dining, and kitchen area with wooden floors throughout. Rustle up a feast after hitting the beach in a large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and sparkling white cabinetry offering plenty of storage. Steps away, share leisurely lunches and evening meals around a rustic wood dining table surrounded by four chairs and a window side bench.

Relax in the breezy main living area. Sink into a plush leather sofa or sofa bed, then watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV above a driftwood-inspired table. A hallway leads to a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer just off this space. Nearby, the main bedroom has a cushioned-scattered queen bed draped in light blue linens. Excellent stay! The house was so clean and has a cozy beach vibe. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms for 4 of us. Great neighborhood pool! Loved it!

House is cozy yet spacious. Amenities were great. Location is perfect. Distance to stores and restaurants is convenient. Not far from the beach. Great place to stay. Will be coming back soon.

Very cute and clean home. It is not beachfront, nor is the beach within walking distance. However, it is a very short drive to Rockport Beach. It's also easy to get to Rockport,Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the pool is nice.

I will never stay at a Vacasa owned property again. The keypad didn’t work and they were not quick to assist so we could get into the property we rented. The coffee pot had a huge hole in it and we had to go get a new one as their property team couldn’t get a new one for us. They said they would reimburse us and 4 weeks later a few emails and nothing. The inside of the house matched the pictures. The outside didn’t at all. It showed a view of some sand, beaches and water. We had a view of other houses, power lines and what used to be a campground before the hurricane which looked more like a junk yard. Loved Rockport and would go back but not to this property.

Perfect for a family of 4-6 people. This property was clean and not far from the beach. My children loved the bunkbeds! Master bed was fairly comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of space. There were 2 issues we encountered, though: 1) The property is along side a well traveled road which I found to be a little noisy in the early morning. 2) The master tub had a clogged/slow running drain. We checked in late on a Thursday evening and called Vacasa to report the issue. We were told because it was after hours no one could go out to fix the drain until the next day. No one ever showed up or called us to follow up so we were limited to one shower for the remainder of our short trip. In any case, these issues were minor and we’d likely book this property again.

This home is very beautiful and very welcome, my husband and I and our four children enjoyed it they provide a nice clean home with games and a pool nearby I would definitely rent here again thank you
