Retreat to one of our two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with brand-new, hypoallergenic mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed and a 4K smart TV, while the second bedroom offers one queen bed and two cozy twin-size beds, also equipped with a 4K smart TV.
All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's ample space in the living room or master suite for an air mattress or cot if needed.

This house was perfect for what my family wanted and needed for our summer getaway. Great location right over the bridge. An easy two minute walk to the family-friendly beach, or there is a small parking area which is convenient for younger families who may have more stuff. House is a quick (5-10 minute) drive to anything you may want to do - restaurant, shops, golf, local coffee shops, supermarket, whatever. The yard was great for cornhole, wiffleball, or sitting and relaxing by a fire pit. House was immaculate, everything worked as advertised and everything they said would be at the property, from kitchen items to beach carts, were all there as promised. The Antonios were remarkably responsive.

We loved our stay once again this year. The neighborhood is just beautiful and quiet. Great for sitting outside with a good book or a short walk to the beach. There are great shops and restaurants close by. The house is well equipped if you choose to stay in and cook. Loved that linens were provided! Stacey is a wonderful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and so tastefully and peacefully decorated. The owners were responsive, helpful, and informative. Situated a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and in close driving proximity to many other beaches and towns, this was a perfect spot for us!

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house! The house was very clean with a family friendly layout. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and play in the water. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and easy to walk around. There were great places to eat dinner nearby and a nice location to access other parts of the Cape. Stacey was a very responsive host and so nice to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

My family loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect, a short walk or bike ride to the beach, which was made even easier by the beach wagon provided. The house was exceptionally clean, updated, functional, nice and cool on hot days thanks to the central air, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and the kids especially loved the foosball table in the garage. Stacey was responsive, helpful, and has a binder available with great information about the house as well as local recommendations. We are so thankful we were able to stay in such a perfect and comfortable house that set us up to truly relax and enjoy our vacation! Thank you!!

3 blocks to the beach was a bonus to the super clean and updated house. It was a perfect clutter free escape to relax in between our Cape Cod adventures. Little added bonuses were the air fryer oven to reheat french fries, the fooseball table to play with my 7 yr old, and perfectly organized drawers with all the little things you need on a vacation. We travel often and this is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in. Thanks!

My wife and I live in Florida, but my wife is from the Boston area. Her brother lives very close to the VRBO property. We hope that the owners will allow us to utilize their VRBO home again. It was beyond clean. Spotless! The neighborhood was fantastic with friendly neighbors. The home had all of the amenities one would want in the summer! From beach chairs to beach passes to a kayak. The home had an outdoor grill and outdoor fireplace. We took advantage of these items! Just a fun home. And Cape Cod has so much to do! We just had a TREMENDOUS time! Thank you!

This was our second time at the beach house and we loved it! Great neighborhood and quick walk to the beach, house was super clean and neat and recent upgrades were a bonus! Stacey has always been very helpful and responsive. We love it here and definitely want to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. All of the renovations were excellent! The new kitchen had enough counter space that both my husband and I could prepare a meal together. The beach house is very well maintained with a lovely patio. Great beach access makes this beach house a winner! We will be back next year!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week. Walk to the beach is very quick and was great with little ones who don't always last too long on the beach. We took advantage of the fire pit in the yard and had a few lovely nights by the fire. Everything was great - absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed Heritage Gardens with our granddaughter who loved the restored carousel. It was fun exploring a new part of the Cape!

Annual getaway

The house is the perfect size for our family of 5. It has everything you need and just the right amount of space. The neighborhood beach is an easy walk and so beautiful at low tide. Our kids loved waking up each morning and starting the day with a ride on the tree swing, a walk around the neighborhood to check for wildlife, and then a stroll down to the beach to search for crabs at low tide. A fantastic week and we hope to book again!

This house was perfection! EVERYTHING you need is right there. Fully stocked kitchen equipment. Everything was CLEAN! Bedrooms were spotless. (Even had an awesome vacuum! I enjoyed keeping the house tidy!) Short walk to the beach. Amazing tree swing on the front lawn - my 6 year olds favorite part. Stocked with beach chairs, etc. Stacy responded to questions quickly! It was an dream vacation. Book this house if you can! We can't wait to go back!

Home was lovely and very clean! Neighbor was quiet with a short walk to private beach. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Our grand kids came for a day and we couldn’t get them off the swing! We’d love to visit again next summer.

To date, this is by far the best Vrbo property that we’ve stayed at. Stacy host was great with replies to questions and helpful on the area and suggestions on where to explore/visit and what to do while visiting. Her home was perfect for us. Everything you need! You truly can’t go wrong in renting this property. We hope to come back to this area again next year and hopefully stay at this lovely property. I wish Stacy all the success in the VRBO rentals!

Lovely cottage by the sea

We loved our one week stay at this property and highly recommend it!! It is actually a three minute walk to the nearby private beach, which is relatively secluded and very well-kept. There were only a few other families there, and my kids really enjoyed playing in the sand and going in the water at low tide when there is a nice sandbar. It is a nice beach for couples or a little kids alike (although it is a bit rocky, so definitely bring your water shoes!). The house itself was as expected based on the description and very nicely kept. As we like to cook a little during these trips, we found the kitchen to be slightly small and lacked a dishwasher, but had all the basic utensils and pots/pans. (We did end up hand washing/drying dishes frequently as there isn’t much space to dry them.) We did end up having to go out and buy some cooking oil and basic spices/condiments on our first day there, which are not provided. However, we loved the outdoor garden with fresh basil and mint and the swing out front, and my kids LOVED the outdoor shower. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ as well. All in all, the neighborhood is peaceful and lovely, there are some nice restaurants and homemade ice cream parlors nearby, and the beach is really great! Stacey and her husband were great hosts, very responsive and nice, and made everything so easy. My only recommendation is that they might consider using a professional linen service so that families have the option of not bringing sheets/blankets for 4 beds (which take up a lot of precious space in the car)! Overall, we would definitely enjoy staying here again!
