Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam king with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio. It has a comfy queen-foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!

Highly recommend staying here. Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. The apartment complex is nice and clean. We had one issue with the apartment, easily got a hold of Amanda and it was resolved the same day. Very impressed! Will stay here again

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Amenities were great, pool was clean and easily accessible and so was the gym. We had a great time and was a short distance to downtown.

Perfect location and great setup for our group. Close to everything without being all up in the crowds. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very walkable. Amenities were excellent. Communication was very detailed and organized. Highly recommend. Will stay here again!

We had an incredible stay! The location was absolutely fabulous, just minutes away from all the night life making it super convenient for exploring the city. What truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing communication with the property owner, Amanda. Her follow-up was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We felt so appreciated as guests, and it's evident that Amanda truly cares about her guests' experience. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future. Highly recommended! My son and I visited Nashville for a birthday trip. I am so glad we found this place and that it was available. The location was excellent and perfect for us. It was close enough to everything thing we wanted to see, but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in the center of the hustle of the city. The condo was clean easy to access on arrival and quiet at nights. We really enjoyed the Peg leg Porker BBQ that was right around the corner. Visited that spot twice in our 3-night stay. Broadway is in walking distance, but the Uber electric scooters are the way to go! I was unsure about using them due to heavy traffic in the area, but it turned just fine. A lot of fun too! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the city! We had a great time!

Property was just as described. Great stay. Plenty of food and drink in the immediate area. Broadway Street entertainment is an easy 15-20 minute walk.

This property worked out perfectly for us. Close enough to downtown for a moderate walk or short rideshare. Access to the gym and clubroom/lounge were allowed - although we spent most of our time exploring the city. And there is plenty to enjoy right in the Gulch - all within a block or two. Secure entrances and parking. Instructions for check-in were thorough and easy to follow. There a cool courtyard/patio too just outside the window, but we were there during the colder months, so we didn't spend any time out there. Our host, Amanda, was easily accessible and responsive via email when we had questions before and during our stay. Check this one out!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was exactly as listed and we were totally pleased with location ,cleanliness and general area. There were lots of restaurants close by and it was very safe to walk about at night. Would definitely recommend this property to others

This was perfect placement for my mother and I to stay. We enjoyed the restaurants in the Gulch (Biscuit Love and Milk & Honey) for breakfast then spent our days on Broadway exploring and listening to music. The Gulch is very quiet and a nice reprieve after a long day on Broadway!

We had a glitch with the app that unlocks the door. After contacting the owner Amanda she immediately came to our unit and figured out an alternative way for us to gain entry. Amanda was amazing and helpful. Her unit is immaculate and in a great location. Thank you Amanda for being so friendly and for the restaurant tips.

A lot of stains in the hallway and poop one day, hair on the towels and in the bath tub, renter wouldn’t let us check in earlier even though the property was done and cleaned earlier then our check in. Basically paid for the whole day and made renter aware our flight landed at 6am if we could check in around noon instead we would’ve appreciated it and definitely paid a bit more if needed. Couldn’t get into anything without a key fob so were sitting outside all day and luckily the office took our luggage when it opened.
