Only a short walk from the unit, PASEO boasts one of the most active gated communities with lagoon pool, lap pool, Tiki restaurant and bar, movie theatre, pub, gym, spa ice cream shop, tennis, basketball, pickle ball and more. Plus spring training stadiums for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins only 5 miles away at Jetblue Park and CenturyLink Sports Complex. 15 minutes to Fort Myers RSW Airport and close to Fort Myers Beaches too!
Paseo is the recipient of the Community of the Year award for 9 years running. With a state of the art Village Center featuring a Caribbean style free form lagoon style pool surrounded by a beautifully furnished sundeck including private cabanas, waterfalls, lush landscaping and tiki bar. Also at the village center you will find a 4,000 sq. ft fully equip fitness center with an array of cardio equipment, free weights, and a Pilates Aerobics, spin studio. For the active lifestyle there are also tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, bocce ball courts, and a fishing pier all included.
NOTE that Paseo requires each guest over the age of 18 to pass a background check and the cost is $100 covering all guests over 18. All applicants over the age of 18 can be included on a single application. The HOA has a 20 day turnaround time for background check and HOA board approval. Background check must be in place prior to rental start date. Be sure to allow for at least 20 days lead time in your planning timeline to get background check completed and HOA board approval.
Also note that in season (November through April) this unit rents from 1st of the month through the end of the month. For the remainder of the year, rental periods may start mid month but must be at least 30 days, per Paseo guidelines.
COVID Response - Townhome will be cleaned and sanitized between renters.
