This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to a private outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute up drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Beautiful comfortable home close to the plaza. Michael the host checked in with us to make sure we had everything! Very enjoyable stay with well stocked kitchen, bath towels and washcloths. Very smooth booking, checking in and out process. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional property located within walking distance of Old Town Plaza. Cozy back yard with table and umbrella and gas grill. Michael, was always available to answer our questions and provide support. We will be returning to stay at this property because of the location, amenities, host. Thanks, Michael.

Our group of 4 friends stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the condo. It was exactly as advertised and very well equipped. I hesitate to recommend it too highly so it won’t be rented out next time we want to stay there!

We loved this property!! It’s soo beautiful & super quiet & comfy & in a perfect location. We wished we had more days to spend there. The beds & bedding were so nice & super comfortable. Lovely bathrooms & kitchen, etc. It was spotless too. communication with host was easy & he was so nice & helpful. Even had central a/c! 5 stars all around!! Would love to return to this place! It was tucked away, relaxing, quiet and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed with a close walk into town. Although sometimes we chose to stay in because it was so comfy. Michael checked in daily which we appreciated. We will be back.

We had a great time staying here. Michael was attentive, and communicated very well. The home is warm and cozy, and was a great jumping off point for us. Having your own personal parking area is great, given how difficult parking near the Plaza can be. We would stay here again, thank you!

This was the most comfortable rental that we have stayed in. The kitchen has everything you could need. We were able to walk to the plaza and many of the restaurants. Only 10 minute drive to great hiking trails. Michael was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Santa Fe

Spectacular home in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the plaza and a quick drive to grocery stores, hiking, museum hill. The home is extremely clean and has everything you would need to stay and live there for some time. The outside is very private - especially the front porch which is great for a meal anytime of day. All the windows had screens to allow the cool morning air in. Unbelievably functional kitchen and washer/dryer. We will be back!

It was a pleasure working with our host Michael. The home was as advertised and more. Perfect for our group of four. We were walking distance from downtown and the square. Drive distance to great hiking areas was less than 20 minutes. Before our arrival Michale answered all of our questions and directed us to great places to go. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. Great customer service. Thank you Michael.

We loved this little casita-it was so clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Kirchen was so well stocked. Location was nice- the walk to the plaza was about 15 minutes. Great time and we’d come back for sure!

This place was a great little rental. So nice to have some milk, coffee, honey, etc. when we arrived. Really well stocked kitchen, nice stuff (like a good stainless skillet). Comfortable furniture and bed. Good design. Easy 10-15 min walk to town or 5 min drive.

Michael’s property is your home away from home. We enjoyed our time in this casa which was conveniently located close to town and impeccably clean. My family enjoyed this home, it's fully stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and if it's warm the outside areas are lovely. We were able to walk to a lot of are outings, so great location. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

My sis-in-law and I had a fabulous stay at this adorable house! The house is spacious and well stocked, very clean, with nice Santa Fe decorations and the short walk to town was easy. This home is clean and comfortable. It is decorated really well. The kitchen is well stocked with functioning dishes and equipment. The location is excellent for exploring the plaza area or taking a short drive to forest. The host is kind and communicative. We didn’t want to leave and hope to visit again soon!

The location was excellent for walking to downtown Santa Fe. This was especially nice for walking home after dinner! Loved that there were a selection of books for reading while staying. Kitchen well stocked, which is always a plus. Michael was great to work with. Would definitely come back.

From the minute I booked it until after checking out, the owner was attentive to our needs. He responded quickly with any requests. The kitchen was so fully stocked, we didn’t need to pick up anything except a few groceries. We’d love to go back to beautiful Santa Fe.

We spent a long weekend in Santa Fe, celebrating my husband’s birthday. The Casita was perfect for us. We walked to Canyon Road, the Farmer’s Market, Tomasita’s, and the Plaza. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, we prefer to be able to do some cooking when we travel, and Michael’s kitchen was a dream come true. We are in Santa Fe at least once a year, and will make sure we stay at this place, again. Thanks Michael, for providing such a beautiful place!

First, our host Michael was gracious and very attentive to our needs. The house was wonderful! Beautifully appointed and very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were easily able to cook up a few breakfasts. We definitely hope to stay here again and highly recommend this place for one or two couples!
