Fabulous mid-island location in the beach-oriented, gated community of Sandcastles by the Sea, easy and quick access to everything! This magnificent home features 4 distinct levels of living. As you walk in through the garage there is a half bath, a den with a flat screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a DVD player and a great sections of DVDs for your enjoyment. Sliders and a door take you out to the lovely covered pool and the patio furniture which is not covered!

Upstairs is the main level where the open, bright and cheery kitchen is. The huge granite island in the middle seat 4 comfortably and the dining table seats 10. State of the art stainless steel appliances and a gas range will make this the family gathering place! There is also a huge flat screen TV in the kitchen area. The living room offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, and a shuffle board.

Off the kitchen is an adorable balcony with a table and chairs for yet another little nook to gather and enjoy the sunshine and morning coffee. A second half bath is in the foyer as you enter into the over-sized, spacious living room.

As you head up to the 3rd floor, this is where the 3 bedrooms are, beautifully carpeted floors in all the bedrooms and halls. There is a King bedroom with Roku TV, with an attached bath, a Queen bedroom with Roku TV and with an attached bath and the 3rd bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds, a TV with DVD player, kids DVDs provided, also with an attached bath.

Finally on the 4th level is the 4th bedroom, a master suite, with a huge walk-in closet and huge bathroom with a double vanity, multi-head shower and a jetted tub. You will be sure to want to book this house year after year!

Nice house. Furniture in the living room is a bit used and worn in ottoman. Unfortunately the most convenient beach access was closed and had to walk further (~1 mile) to get to next public beach at Islanders Beach Park. It’s an easy drive but you have to pay at the metered parking. Neighborhood is nice but lots of construction traffic with lots being built around you. We had use the outdoor garage pad to lock up the house each time we arrived and left. They did fix the button inside the garage during our stay and left a garage door opener so should be easier for future guest. Not keys or keypad to lock/unlock front door. It’s a very spacious and clean house.

The property was exactly as described the the property management was super responsive. The beach was a quick bike ride away and there was plenty of parking if you needed to drive. All the kids loved their stay and we had an amazing time!

I loved this property it was beautiful. Gorgeous house would love to come back again and stay here with my baby, dog and family. We had my family here, dog and baby and it was an enormous amount of room which was nice. Going to miss this house. Liked the shaded pool great for a baby going in the pool for the first time. Also liked that I could walk or bike to the folly field state park beach it was a beautiful spot to see the sunrise. Basically about 10 minutes from everything on Hilton head. Only suggestion I have is maybe update the carpet in the future. Just since there are so many old bleach stains etc on them. I get it with being a rental but this is a gorgeous house so that would be good to do later on. Maintenance came when we said the toilet was leaking near children bunk bed room so that was efficient. Also great they have everything for cooking for a fully functional kitchen. Might be nice to get a better grill too that one didn't work right. Anyways amazing stay need to come back soon!! And I just gave two minor suggestions despite those best house I stayed in on here

Overall the stay was very good however there are some things that could use upgrading. The carpet is getting old and frayed. Knob on the burner was broken, wood on kitchen island was broken. These things are not readily noticeable unless you are staying there or really scrutinizing them. The owner/property manager may be unaware of these issues.

This was a lovely getaway for my family. Plenty of space for all of us, dog-friendly. If you are booking, recognize that it does not have beach access--but is only 5 mins away from a beach. For us, the pool was a great family alternative!
