This all new beach themed vacation home, perfect for two couples or a small family, is one of three units in a triplex. Located at the top of Sumner Avenue, you enter the property through the first door on the left side of the building. Although there are zero steps to the outside entrance, all of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, so you will go up 15 steps once inside. On the first floor you will find a modern kitchen with all the amenities, and a 32-inch flat panel TV (Direct TV). Walk down the hallway and you will find the full bath with tub/shower. After exploring all there is to do in Avalon, you will enjoy returning home to this comfortably cozy, well decorated vacation home. 359SA

Brand new Vons grocery store located just one block from this unit. Golf course and park are only one block away. Plus, you are only a couple blocks from the beach, restaurants and shops.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Check in was great and then all went down hill. Starting with a huge plumbing/pipe issue that created a horrible loud rumble so much so we thought it was an earthquake. Multiple lights outlets also broken. 2nd day the glass shower door literally shattered on my adult daughter and her 4.5 year. 911 was there on scene in less than a min. Minor injuries thank goodness as they both have life threatening blood disorders Emergency personnel were fabulous!! None of this shoukd have EVER happened. House was built so incredibly cheeply. Yo make matters worse could that even be???? We were told they other home coukd house house our biked until the late departure of 2pm. Teceived a call early sunday morning daying the home was rented and they took it upon themselves to move the bikes outside into the rain and told us to vome to the house asap to get them as the new tenants were arriving. This took us over an hour to use the cart to return to the orig house to pick up bikes including our 2 EV bikes. We chose to stay in the city so we could use our ev bikes. Then the new house doesnt allow them in the community so they stayed at the old house until departure intil we were told to remove them. Where were we supposed to leave them????? The rental wasn't cheap but oh my what a freaking disaster. Mgmt moved us at 9:40 pm to a lovely well built home. In fact, we will return to this rental for certain. However it took over our vacation.. we lost 2.5 days dealing with all of this.

The place was super cute and clean. Very easy process to check in and checkout. Location was fantastic. Close to everything and only a block away from Vons. I would definitely stay here again.

My family had a good time renting this property. It fit our family well and it was a great home base to explore the island. We would have given it 5 stars but upon check-in there the cable and internet did not work. The property manager was quick to respond and was able to get the cable turned back on but we struggled with internet connection the entire trip.
