This property has it all. Spacious, fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out. Everything you need to participate in the shore atmosphere has been thought of and supplied. The Hosts were very informative and provided all the amenities to have a wonderful vacation. We had 4 generations of family and we all had a marvelous time. Thank you so much for sharing your lagoon Paradise with our family. Looking forward to a return visit.

Stephane and Delphine were a renter's dream. They thought of everything to make any vacation wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches for our grandchildren like the kitchen set and toys in the living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view and at a perfect temperature, the hot tub, and the gorgeous sunsets. The hosts responded quickly and considerately to our questions. We will absolutely return to this beautiful location.

So much for our teenagers to do on property! Backyard spaces are the highlight of the property. Kitchen was extremely nice. Property owner was extremely accommodating! Boardwalks/shopping within a half hour drive. Loved the property!!

We celebrated my son’s birthday and graduation party over the weekend and we had a great stay. The property is clean and spacious. The only request I had that was not granted was the earlier check-in to decorate the place before our scheduled 5pm party starts. It is minor but overall, we had a really good stay and an extended check out time. Thank you!

Stephan's place is beautiful and exactly as described.
My family and I stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed it all - and mainly the outdoors - the pool, jacuzzi, grill, and fire pit.
The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to ping-pong and foosball. there are a lot of board games to use - my nieces loved them.
We will be back.

From the moment you pull in the driveway you can see that the pictures do this place enough justice with its beautiful views and indoor decor.
Everything that could have needed was there as well. My group is most definitely going back there and I can’t wait.

7 friends get together annually and this year we chose The Jersey Shore! Our rental was wonderful- spacious, clean and offered a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and views from the screened-in porch. Well worth the price.

We had such a great stay. The home was even better than described. It was extremely clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I definitely would come again, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation house.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay here! The homeowners were so sweet greeting us upon arrival and made sure to make communication easy! The house was very clean and equipped with everything. We really enjoyed the pool/lagoon view. Perfect location to the beach- we rode our bikes in the morning on the boards. Definitely would stay again in the future!! We made so many great memories. Can't say enough great things about it.

My family and I stayed here and had the absolute perfect time. Stephane was very easy to get ahold of for any questions before and during our stay and the home was well equipped with all necessities and was in perfect condition. The backyard is so beautiful and has so much to offer. The 2 minute walk to the beach made going to and from with an infant such a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting on a lagoon in a very cool part of the Jersey shore. Stephane the host was fantastic and always available for help and guidance. Would absolutely go back.

The property is beautiful. The hosts are exceptional. They went out of their way to meet us and go over the property to make sure we had everything we needed. They let us check in early and check out late. They allowed us to have a birthday party for my son with family and friends.

Do not hesitate to book this property! Communication with Stephane was perfect and timely leading up to and during our stay. The house itself was wonderful-plenty of room for lots of folks to spread out. We stayed in Jan but plan to come back when we can use the pool and outside yard area. Beautiful inside and out with great amenities. Nice, quiet location as well. We'll be back!

This is not the first time we have rented a holiday home. Houses are different and, unfortunately, photos and descriptions do not always correspond to reality. But this house, spacious, bright and very cozy, with convenient and comfortable furniture and everything necessary for relaxation, exceeded all our expectations. On the site there is a large clean swimming pool, hut tub, barbecue and place fort campfire. Everything is neat and comfortable. We will definitely go there again. We also recommend this house to everyone who loves a comfortable stay.

So much to do, so little time! A long weekend was not enough time to enjoy everything this property had to offer, but we tried. Steps from the beach and a nice walking boardwalk, the house is fully equipped with resort amenities like a swimming pool, hot tub, beautiful fire pit area, and a canal that reflects the morning sunrise. We splurged and sprung for the bikes and kayaks, which were top notch and in great condition. Each bedroom is spacious and beds are comfy. As with some beach rentals, sheets and towels come at an additional price, unless you bring your own. The kitchen is nicely laid out and had most everything we needed, including ample spices and a few condiments. There are many nice sitting areas including a roomy screened-in porch, comfortable outdoor furniture, and chairs around the fire pit. So whether you want to sit around and look at the view, or be on the go, this place is for you.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Bayville, NJ for my nephews wedding. The house was clean and comfortably slept our family of 8. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with private beach access one street over. Stephane was a great host and was very responsive to our calls and text messages. We look forward to visiting the area again.

Loved every bit of the experience! From the most responsive and helpful hosts to the property and features, it was phenomenal! It was only my mother and I on this trip, and we could not get over the details in every corner. Highly recommend and already looking to book again! Beautiful sunrises and peaceful tranquility. I stayed with 9 of my friends here in late September. The pool was open and the whole house and property was amazing. Stephane was there to greet us and happily took us through the house to show us everything. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience at this property. Stephane was very welcoming at showing us around the house. Very spacious and words cannot explain how fun the amenities were. I can say that this is perfect for family with kids and folks who want the beach and pool experience at the same time. Another note, there’s a lot of close-by convenience stores and supermarkets that were easily accessible within 5 minutes of the location. If you’re searching around the area, this place is a MUST to book officially!

We had an amazing vacation and made beautiful memories here. The house was everything and more - the pictures don’t do the backyard justice! The pool is huge ,the hot tub was so fun & clean and the view is just amazing. The screened in porch was a great plus. What a wonderful stay with my adult family! The house is situated on the bay with relatively easy access for our rented kayaks (well worth it), and having a swimming pool was terrific! (I swam laps each morning of our stay). It had a great screened in porch where I spent a lot of time just ‘chilling’. Each evening we used the grill and also used the fire pit (s’mores). All said it was a wonderful vacation and I hope to return next year! Highly recommended!!

Our family had an amazing time at bayville. The property truly has all you need. The pool is absolutely amazing, our kids had the best time swimming for hours. The lagoon provided a gorgeous backdrop and easy to navigate with the kayaks. The property lights up at night with all the outdoor lighting including the pool and hot tub was the perfect way to unwind at night once the kids were asleep. The home is extremely spacious and the outdoor space is huge. We enjoyed making s'mores by the firepit as well. The beach is really only a minute walk and perfect for anyone with kids who want to play in the sand and run in/out of the water. The sunset from the beach is beyond beautiful. The owners were very nice and quick to respond with any questions. The house was very clean with all the amenities you will need. We hope to return next year.

Shore Vacation
Great quiet location central to many attractions and restaurants. The private sandy beach is literally a two-minute walk away, and a great way to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are large and easily accommodated our party of six. A very enjoyable week: we would definitely come back if in the area again.

A pleasant stay
Stephane and Delphine greeted us when we arrived to their property. They were both very kind and showed us around to let us know of just about everything that would be relevant during our stay. Stephane was also very responsive to any questions in the app during our stay. The property itself is lovely. The pool was the highlight for us as it's right on the lagoon with a beautiful view. The kids loved swimming and playing there.. The hot tub was also a nice feature and we enjoyed going in there to get a bit warm after staying too long in the pool. The Sun room was a nice space that we could enjoy eating outdoors and the view without getting mauled by bugs. The fire pit is a nice area but do note to bring your own supply of firewood/coal. I was skeptical that the beach would be 2 min walking from the house, but it was. It was very convenient and a nice small beach for families to use (there was even a full volleyball space set up). Beach chairs were provided by the property. The house itself was comfortable and a good space for 10 guests. The beds and pillows were reasonable but not hotel comfortable. Fresh clean linens and towels were provided (with a convenience charge). The kitchen had everything you needed and the dining area was sufficiently large to allow all guests to eat a the same time. The living room had two couches to watch TV when taking a break at night to watch a show or movie. TV came with cable and it was easy enough to connect Netflix as needed. Free WiFi provided and it was reliable, though it only reached outside by the patio furniture but not much further (might be remedied by putting the WiFi router outside the TV console). Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend and would like to come back again.

This is such a beautiful home not the mention the owner, Stephane, was more than accommodating we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We recommend if you’re into BBQ to try Smokies BBQ it’s not even a 5 minute drive and was amazing!

Everything about this property was perfect. My elderly parents, our adult children and ourselves were completely satisfied, feeling pampered by all the amenities. There was so much to do and so much room to do it. Stephane was a gracious and responsive host.
