About this villa rental
Welcome to Friedlich Haus. This well-cared for villa home located in the Village of Collier offers peace and relaxation while only a short golf car drive to nightly entertainment at Brownwood Square. If Friedlich Haus is not available, be sure to check out it's sisters, Ruhe Haus, in the Village of Collier (VRBO # 1776354), Mutterhaus, in the Village of Amelia (VRBO # HA 7147364) or Glucklich Haus in the Village of Dunedin (# 2964582).
A Yamaha gas golf car, 4-seater with USB phone chargers is included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week. The back seat also drops down to allow for easy grocery transport when not strapping in golf clubs. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - saving you $50 - and the ability to obtain additional guest passes at no charge.
Well-decorated and maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout and remote controlled shades on sliding glass doors. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (and backup large pot coffee maker), blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, wi-fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are provided for days at the village pool or the beach. This home can also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen, high chair and infant swing for families with very young children if requested in advance (no additional charge).
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a sofa bed(replaced the previous trundle in the video) that sleeps 2, with all bed linens and pillows tucked away in the closet. This is also the office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.).
In addition to the living and dining area (sits 6), the home has a large screened porch in back, and is enclosed with a brick wall and tall privacy fences. Great for pets. Please view the video for a complete perspective on this property.
Rentals are 7-days or longer with a few exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $150 cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For your and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages. This villas is completely fenced in the back.
NOTE: Absolutely no RVs, trailers, Dually trucks, or boats can be parked at this property. Maximum of three cars. Also, this house is regularly rented to guests with pets. Please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.

A perfect getaway from winter in New York… Joni was great to work with and the house was perfect for me and my husband and spacious enough for hosting family and friends. The golf cart amenity was essential for enjoying golf and the ride to Brownwood was just minutes away, so we enjoyed the easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!

This house is exactly as described and a great location, right next to Eisenhower Req center. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early, but very much enjoyed our time there!!

We had a great visit. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was close to the rec center, pickle ball and tennis courts, golf, and Brownwood Square. Our host was friendly and nice to work with.

This was the perfect Villas in the heart of the Villages. Everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental was available. Joni is a perfect Hostess. We had our Golden Doodle with us. There was a dog bed and other items in the closet for your puppy. The Fenced yard a total plus. The screened
Lania was awesome. We had dinner and lunch outside numerous times. The Golf Cart is absolutely a plus. We used it to go all around the Villages. The Villages are very dog friendly. I loved it so much there. I am looking into moving in the near future.

Location was great. Property well equipped. However previous guest was a pet owner and house had not been properly cleaned. Pet hair everywhere. We vacuumed twice and mopped floors, washed throw blankets and wiped down furniture. Removed dog bed from master bedroom.

The home was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Checking in and out was flawless. The location was perfect for our stay. Very close to Brownwood Town Square.
This stay made our anniversary trip a very memorable one. We visited with family that live in The Villages. We even house shopped, but unfortunately didn’t find house just yet.
Thank you for helping to make our trip as great as it was.

The villa was well situated near one of the town centers. We did do a lot of food preparation during our stay, and necessary utensils were provided for the most part. The neighbors were great and essentially took us in as if we were permanent residents.

Spent a week in this lovely Villa. We arrived later than expected but the check in was super easy. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean property. Location was so convenient to Rec Centers and Squares. Great golf car was provided and only a few minutes to get to several different rec centers and Brownwood Paddock Square. My partner had to work most days and the den with a full desk and speedy wifi was perfect. Great way to check out alll the Villages has to offer and would definitely stay here again!

Great home located close to Brownwood Paddock Square. When you drive up it looks small on the outside, but when you enter the home, it is very spacious. The rooms are big, high ceilings, big open floor plan. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The Kitchen is big and open with everything you need. The nice screened- in lanai is a plus. This house comes with a 4 person golf cart which is awesome to use in the villages. Communication with Joni was Awesome. If you want to stay in the Villages, This home is a great choice.

From the moment we booked, Joni was great. The house was immaculate , nice decor and very inviting. We brought our 2 small dogs and it was a plus to have an enclosed patio. During the stay, the garage door opener ran out of batteries and Joni replaced it right away with one that worked. Location was great, and short golf cart ride to Brownwood and even down to the new section . Highly recommend

We really enjoyed the house and the one minor issue we ran into was quickly resolved. The house is extremely convenient to Brownwood Square and Eisenhower Regional Rec center, so the location simply can't be beat. Highly recommended!

We are clean fanatics and this house was spotless! It had everything and more that we needed. It was in the perfect location to Brownwood and not too far from Sumpter (our 2 favorites). Close to pool, where we went daily. The layout of the house was perfect, the owner always responded quickly. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Both bathrooms are narrow and if you are not able to get up and hop to the toilet (as I had to do) you would be in real trouble. Other than that the house is beautiful and easy to get around in. The area is a golf community and since I am not able to golf it was not what I was expecting. I thought people were a bit cold and the lack of information was huge. I was there 18 days and only the last week did I find how to easily find information. I loved the local pool and the town square that you are really close to for music and City fire is the best place to eat, drink and have fun.
I was scared to use the golf cart after the first time as people are behind you impatient and rude- honking or pushing you. Have a good sense of direction so you don't get lost too! ha! I enjoyed the small town of Wildwood that is close too.
All in all the Villages were not for me but this rental will be a wonderful place for you to try it all out. It is loaded with all you will need and close to Brownwood Square for fun.

Location awesome! Fenced area awesome for pet! Owner provided everything you need while “living” there during your stay. The only negative was the fold out loveseat wasn’t suitable for an adult to get comfortable nights sleep. The other two mattresses were awesome!

Joni was a great hostess and her home is great. It’s location is great and is in walking distance of the Brownwood square as well as the Eisenhower req. center. Would definitely recommend this hostess and her rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
