Welcome to “Sun Kissed” - our luxury 4 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom beach home in Inlet Beach.

LOCATION:

Located within the Inlet Heights neighborhood, this brand new beach home is the perfect gathering place for entertaining any group. The community pool is only 0.4 miles away and leads directly to the community's dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water sports. On the south, the home is just 1/2 mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This exquisite home's entryway leads guests past a half bathroom to the first floor common area, complete with indoor pool table, smart TV, full-size fridge/freezer, wet bar, and board games. There is ample seating for the entire group with a large sectional and additional tabletop seating. Stepping out to the back yard you will find an outdoor paradise - a ping pong table, large fire pit with seating, corn hole, and a putting green. The home is EV-friendly, and has a level 2 charger installed in the garage which is available for guest use.

The the home's second floor main dining area is comprised of a dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open concept kitchen comes stacked with brand-new, premium fixtures, fittings, and appliances; a dual coffee maker, stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and all the cookware, bakeware and crockery you could need. There is plenty of cooking room on the five-burner gas range and full selection of cutlery and utensils for both adults and kids. The living room provides intimate seating and a large smart TV.

Down the hall you will find the second floor master bedroom which comes with a king bed, mounted smart TV, spacious en suite with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

The third floor is comprised of three bedrooms - A king room with a luxurious private en suite (bath and walk-in shower) and walk-in closet, a bunk room that sleeps up to eight people across four full beds, and a queen room with a full bathroom and closet. The third floor landing area also has a mini fridge and coffee station.

The fourth floor roof access is the perfect way to soak in the pristine views of the gulf, as well as the area's picture-perfect sunsets. The space boasts seating for six, as well as a large smart TV, drinks fridge, wet bar, and ice maker.

AMENITIES:

The home provides plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.) towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, and 2-car driveway. The home comes with a full TV streaming package to watch all your favorite shows and sporting events. The garage hosts a level 2 EV charger, four brand-new premium beach cruisers and can house a golf cart if one is rented.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.

Quiet hours for this community are from 10PM to 8AM CT. Please be respectful of neighbors within the community. Persistent violations of noise ordinances may result in eviction.

I am a vacation rental connoisseur and I don't do repeats, but I would rent this property again without hesitation. There was something in the house for young and old. Lots of stairs, but we did not feel overwhelmed. Amenities galore, the place was very clean, well maintained. We had a blast.

Great vacation home for our 2 families of 10! The owners were very easy to work with and communicate with, very friendly and informative! The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the public beach access, a lot of restaurants and stores. The beach access is not walkable with your beach gear, but you can jog over (we did some morning runs), bike over, and definitely load up the car and drive over within a few minutes (we drove over to unload family and beach stuff, then my husband dropped the car off at the house bc it was packed and biked over). The main kitchen was adequately equipped and very nice. I cooked every evening while we were there during our week long stay. I did wish there were scissors, sharper knives, more dishwasher pods (only had 2 pods and we had to buy more), and better frying pans. The fridge put out very little ice and the water spout was not working well at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Also we were only provided with 2 laundry pods and no dryer sheets. LOVED the amenities - pool table, ping pong, putting green, bikes, and beach equipment. The rooftop is to die for! We hung out a lot up here, especially during the evenings. Although the tv did not turn on for us, it didn't bother us. Honestly the ONLY "bad" thing was the amount of stairs! Be ready to burn some major calories hiking it up and down the stairs! Overall, an amazing vacation stay for us and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Beautiful home and just minutes to Rosemary Beach! We had a great time here. We had some unfortunate weather over the weekend and much of our time was spent indoors, luckily there was more than enough room and activities inside the house to keep us comfortable and entertained. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with a larger group!

If you are looking for a comfortable family property with games and activities, this is your Home! Home had plenty of rooms and beds for my party, kitchen was fully equipped as we cooked all of our meals at the house with state of the art appliances and cookware, has a pool table, ping pong, fire pit, cornhole, putting green, even karaoke so if you're like my family and quite large and want to just chill after a long day out in the sun, this is your Home! Also management is so EASY and quick to work with. I send a message, they respond back within minutes, can't speak highly of Coast management. We are definitely looking forward to working with them again!

We had a great time at Sun Kissed and Jake was a great host. They house had every luxury amenity you could imagine and makes a great luxurious stay. The location is a short walk to the beach, quick drive if you want to play golf and a very short drive to Rosemary Beach. Would definitely come back again.
