•2000+ sq ft.
•Heated salt water pool. Potential Fee applies for heater on pool. Covered Lanai and new netting around pool. Pool has 3’ shallow end and 6’ deep end.
•View of a lake and Golf course from pool area.
•Fully furnished.
•No animals due to allergies.
•No smoking in or on property.
•Short term and long term availability.

•10-15 min from 3 different beaches
• Pool/Beach towels are provided by the pool door. There are 10 there. There are also 8 towels on the beds for baths. After your stay all 18 towels must be accounted for or a charge of $50 will be issued.

We come every year and stay for a luttle over a week... this has been my favorite experience yet. There was constant communication and the entire process was easy peasy!!!

We have been renting in the Port Charlotte/Englewood area every year since 2007 so we can compare this property to others in the area. We found the information provided ambiguous. For instance, photos show a bathroom with walk-in shower with a small curb. What we found is a sunken pit some 15 inches deep. My wife fell into it and spent two days in Emergency. Another item that is not clear is the availability of TV. There is no TV service available. No cable or other means of accessing TV channels. Guests can only access their streaming platforms using their own accounts. We purchased and installed two antennas. We rented for five weeks and found the house poorly equipped for a long stay. There is no bucket and mop, for instance. No cleaning cloths to wipe down outside furniture. We had to buy some kitchen utensils. There are no wine glasses. When we asked one of the owners, she said she does not drink wine and we were to provide our own. Similarly, there is no iron and ironing board because they don’t iron. They charge $25 per day to heat the pool but have no cover to keep it from cooling down overnight and there is no pool thermometer. We advised Josh and sent him photos of a verry dirty pool deck on our second day. It was never cleaned but Josh did not believe us. Note that Josh is the Host but does not live in Florida so you cannot ask him to check. This is the only host we came across in 17 years not concerned about the needs of his guests. He is always on the defensive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood with a heated pool and a view of a pond so we were beyond thrilled to stay in this rental. The house looked just like the pictures and was clean and nicely decorated. The heated pool was clean and well kept. I loved that everyone had a place to sit in the living room and at the kitchen table. It was home away from home and by the time we left we were looking at houses for sale in the neighborhood. They were also very friendly and helpful and responded really quickly anytime I messaged them. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was a very nice hidden gem in Rotonda West. Place was clean upon arrival and was as expected. Many stores nearby for shopping and beaches weren’t too far either. Plenty of places to fish and the kids really enjoyed it. Thank you Josh.

Everything was fine just had a little issues with a shower faucet with the owner took it care of it right away other than that it was a great steak

We loved our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The home owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the area and the pool was a huge hit! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the purple lights above the pool wouldn't turn on for us. The homeowner informed us that they had been having issues with them and had tried to reset them. All in all, we would definitely stay there again!

Conveniently located to many beaches, in a beautiful and peaceful setting, this was the perfect home for our family of six! Plenty of room for all of us. Wide open living spaces, beautifully furnished and the perfect place to be together. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing. Thank you!

If your looking for great place that’s quiet and 15-20 minutes from everything, this is a great home for that. Lots of space for a large family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Josh was a great host and his communication both before and during the trip were top notch! Would definitely stay here again!

Renting made easy. Place clean , great location , pool was a major plus after long day of fishing need a little work. Towel rack in master bathroom was fixed but not properly. Overall a great place and great location. I would surely recommend

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Close access to the beach,restaurants and shopping. Our kids used the pool every day. There was plenty of space for our 5 kids to spread out and have fun! The only thing I could suggest is new bath towels. They were so thin and worn out. It's time to replace them. A few had holes in them.

Overall the interior of the home was nice. The curb appeal needs work. I prefer a well stocked kitchen. Having a regular toaster and griddle would have been helpful. The pool area had an awesome view. Neighbors were great. The pool could have been warmer. And having padded outdoor seating, a propane fit pit table and more lighting would have been a nice addition by the pool. We spent most of our time out there.

The house was set up comfortably to hanlde our group. The beds were comfortable and every thing was clean. Enjoyed the pool and outside area. Location was very good in a very nice neighborhood - quiet and peaceful! Would stay there again!

Found this to fit our needs nicely. Lots of golf course options. Beaches were beautiful, although a little crowded. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
