Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.

☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.

☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.

☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.

☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.

☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.

We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

Terms of Service:

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

The condo was very clean. It was a great location for walking around town. The administration was very quick in responding to questions. I would stay again. I would suggest a few items for the condo. Cork screw & wine glasses, new frying pan, info for tv use. Thanks

Great apartment right in the middle of everything by the ocean. You can walk to the light house and great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!
