Private 4 bedroom pool home minutes from Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach. With a split floor plan, two king bedrooms, queen bedroom and a kids bunk room this home is great for big families, multiple couples or two small families to enjoy. Total guest count in beds is 10. Backyard is a true oasis with a fully fenced yard lined with palms, lush landscaping, heated and chilled pool, loungers, resort style sitting areas, outdoor games and a screened in lanai with dining table, TV and serve through window from the kitchen. Home has a lot of natural light and is nice and airy. All linens are included in the rental as well as beach towels and folding beach chairs.

The home has a very well thought out floor plan with an open entryway leading into both the living room and dining room. Living room has sofa, loveseat, large 72" smart TV, reading chair with USB lamp, extra charging ports for convenience and games for the family. The dining room has a coffee bar station with Keurig and ground coffee pot duo, dining table that seats 8 guests and leads into the kitchen and also overlooks the screened in lanai with dining table and TV. There is an extra dining table that seats 4 guests off the living room as well and has a direct pool view and TV view.

The kitchen is a galley style and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, has all major appliances, quality cookware and bakeware, blender and dishes. The kitchen sink has a pool view and also a server window into the screened in lanai that is convenient for passing food and drinks right out through the window.

Screened in lanai has a dining table that seats 6, ceiling fan and TV. You will also find the outdoor games in this area (bag boards and ladder golf game)

#1 Master bedroom is located off of the living room on the East end of the home and has a King Sized bed, large smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, walk in closet and a sliding door leading to the backyard and pool view. Master bathroom has a tiled shower, toilet and vanity as well as sliding door access to the side outdoor area.

The other three bedrooms are on the West end of the home and off the dining room. First bedroom on your right is the kids room, end of hallway is the Queen bedroom and left in hallway is another large King bedroom. The guest bathroom is also on this end of the home.

#2 Kids bunk room has a Twin sized bed and bunk bed with a twin over a full sized bed allowing this room to sleep 4 guests. There's also a smart TV, bean bag chair, large closet and USB charging ports.

#3 Queen bedroom has a backyard view, smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside lamps with USB charging ports and a closet.

#4 King bedroom is large, has a ceiling fan, smart TV, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, closet and double sliding doors that lead to the screened in lanai area that then leads out to the pool.

Guest bathroom is a full bathroom with nice vanity, toilet, tub and shower combination. There is a large linen closet in the hallway outside of the bathroom for extra storage space and in there you will also find a pack n play as well as beach towels. All linens, bath and pool towels area included in the rental for use.

Home also has a laundry room off the dining room and garage with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and room to hang up your clothing.

In the two car garage you will find 8 folding beach chairs, umbrella and cooler with wheels to take to the beach.

The outdoor area is a true oasis and can be seen from most all rooms in the home allowing plenty of natural light into the home. Luxury blinds and shades have been added to the home to keep the light out at bedtime and when needed.

Backyard is fully fenced and lined with palms and green landscape. Pool is the central focus and is heated and chilled for guest comfort and is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrella, resort style sitting area under a pergola with a sun shade as an option, and three other sitting areas. There's also a gas grill, bag boards and ladder golf.

Home is on a corner lot, right across from Seminole High School and walking distance to a shopping center with food, retail, hair salon, bank, CVS and a Winn Dixie. Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach is a short easy drive to the West. Seminole City center is also a short drive away and is a large outdoor shopping area with retail, many of restaurants, Urgent care, pet food center, gym and a movie theater.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Parking:
This property provides 3 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
