Wish we would have known about the neighborhood storm; tons of debris, trash, etc. all over the sides of the street. The home, yes extremely clean even though older. The smell of the home horrible though; unsure if its plumbing, age of the home or something else. The master bathroom is nice; however the toilet being placed in a small closet is unorthodox and claustrophobic. Home definitely has a lack of towels especially if you use the pool. Wish there were pool lounge chairs, not sure if they were damaged in storm or what. Home definitely needs an ice maker. Owner communicated tons of rules which I understand; however wouldn’t recommend this house for anyone with younger children ages 10 & younger. Overall good stay. Seems like a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Home was beautiful, just as pictured. Pool area was private. Neighborhood was nice for an early morning walk and about 10 mins from retail and restaurants. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Enjoyed our stay during house hunting relocation visit to DFW. Quiet neighborhood, & clean house. Pool area was private. Would be great if there was an outdoor gas grill to be able to BBQ.

Simply beautiful - we have stayed at a few of these and this by far - raised the bar for expectations. Warm, cozy and perfectly appointed for a close-knit family. The layout of this home was perfect for small chats in the corner coves and game time in the open area. Perfect place to stay for the weekend while in town to celebrate my granddaughter.

This is a lovely property. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, and we had a selection of K-cup coffee and tea, perfect for our group. Neighborhood is great for walking. 20 min to downtown Dallas, 20 min to almost anywhere in Carrollton or Plano, easily accessible groceries at Krogers. Warning: the couch is addicting, you may not be able to get up. Garage and driveway are alley-accessed in the back.

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed during our stay. The pool was fantastic and it was so nice that there were pool floats for all of us to use.

Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay, but had a few minor issues. We had an issue with the electricity going out and I reached out to the owner, but didn't hear back until long after the power had come back on. Fortunately the power wasn't out more than an hour. We kept waking up hot and having to reset the air conditioner. It will only hold the temperature setting for so many hours. The refrigerator water filter light started to flash after a couple of days in the home.

We want to thank you guys for welcoming us into your home. Everything was great & we had a great time! There was no complaints about anything. We hope we followed all of the instructions accordingly, one unfortunate thing that happened was that a couple of the towels & the bed sheet in the master room that stained from hair dye. We are completely aware this is our fault and want to sincerely apologize, it was not intentional! We set the stained towels on the dresser in the master bedroom and left the sheet uncovered. We are aware of the charges that will be made. Once again we apologize and just want to thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect location. Perfect house. Perfect size. All the round perfect. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it fit 9 people comfortably. The couches were soooo comfy. Definitely, a nice choice!

This is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained home. The Highlands neighborhood is one of DFW’s best-kept secrets; quiet, and close to everything, with easy access to toll roads. This home is spacious with lots of room for a large party to stay. The owner has great communication and quick response to any needs during our stay. Thank you tongue host for a great stay!

Beautiful property that was very comfortable for our family of 9. Ranging in ages from 11 months, 4, 7 and 6 adults. Very clean and great decor. Communication with the property manager was extremely professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for anyone who wants a comfortable experience in that area!

It's a nice pool house for the whole family which we enjoyed. My only issue was once I received check-in information, I also received an itemized list of the cost to replace items if we stained any of the bed/bath linens or carpet and furniture. We were told that food and drinks are only to be in the kitchen or dining areas. If that information had been listed with the booking, I probably would not have rented this house. The grandkids we took with us were 3, 5, 7 and we were constantly reminding them to stay at the table with food and drinks. It would have been nice to know all that before booking. Everything else was fine.

The house was perfect for our family gathering! Location centralized. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. Home is very clean! Beds are extremely comfortable. Will have to also say the check out process was one of the easiest we have had, and we rent several times per year across the Country. Made life simple!! Highly recommend!

My in-laws, husband, and I came to the area to stay because my stepdaughters were graduating. We had a great time and the kids appreciated the pool, board games, and bunk beds (so much better than visiting us in a hotel!).

Had a wonderful time here. Kids loved the playroom and bunk beds. Place was spotless and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows for the master bedroom - but that was a minor issue. Would definitely come back.

We were to fly out of Dallas and our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t fly out for 3 days. Nicholas answered our plea right away and got us in within an hour, which was just what we needed. The home was just as described in the listing in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. The mattresses were all comfortable and having multiple TVs with many options to watch was great since the freezing rain shut down half the town. Thanks again for getting us in on short notice
