This 6 bed/6.5 bath duplex sleeps 19 and has a PRIVATE STAIRWAY to the neighborhood INDOOR POOL with special after hours access! So rain or shine, just walk right down the stairs to the heated indoor pool, open all year long! No need to drive to the other amenities either! The OUTDOOR POOL is just out the back door (open seasonally) as well as the PICKLEBALL COURT, PLAYGROUND, AND BASKETBALL COURT!
The Space:
Though the amenities are reason enough to rent this beauty, the spacious home has plenty to boast about itself! Walk right into the OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM with vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom in every bedroom, the bunk room of your kids' dreams, and 2 BACK DECKS with plenty of room for lounging!
The living room has plenty of seating, a 75 inch flat screen TV for watching the big game, and an electric FIREPLACE to cozy up in front of on those cool evenings. The large windows and sliding glass doors offer a beautiful VIEW OF TABLE ROCK LAKE and convenient access to the upper back deck. Enjoy your meals under the PATIO LIGHTS strung up on this upper back deck, cooked on the gas grill by the grillmaster in your group! Step back inside to the kitchen where no one feels left out cooking because the living room, kitchen, and dining room are all in one amazingly large room! The kitchen cabinets are stocked with everything you would need to cook up your favorites and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each meal at the dining room table with extra seating at the oversized kitchen island!

The back bedroom has extra wide windows with another beautiful view of Table Rock Lake and the front bedroom is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE with an accessible bathroom vanity and a no step shower. And all the windows have BLACK OUT SHADES, so sleep in as late as you would like! You are on vacation!
Head on downstairs to the GAME ROOM for hours of entertainment with the poker table, the pool table, and shuffleboard! Another 75 inch flat screen is ready for the big game or a movie night and bean bag chairs are perfect for lounging around! The lower level has 4 of the 6 bedrooms, 3 of which have a king bed with private bathrooms, and 2 of them have access to the lower back deck. This lower back deck is perfect for lounging in the oversized outdoor couches and egg chairs as well as a sweet gas firepit. This back deck overlooks the neighborhood outdoor amenities. So you can relax just outside your own bedroom while you watch those in your group swim, your kiddos play on the playground, or a pickleball tournament set up by the young at heart in your group! The last bedroom is a decked out bunk room with 3 TRIPLE DECKER BUNKBEDS ready for the young ones to make the most amazing vacation memories!
Last but not least, the game room has a door that opens to a private indoor stairwell leading you down to the neighborhood indoor pool with a code only you will have access to! Not only can you simply walk down the stairs to the pool anytime of year, no matter the weather outside, staying in this building offers private after hours pool access! When the indoor pool closes to the neighborhood, you all can still swim an extra hour in the morning and two extra hours in the evening!

The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! It is actually located in the basement of this home and staying in this property allows you PRIVATE "AFTER HOURS" ACCESS to the indoor pool! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! The home is just as beautiful as the photos. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of the accommodations we needed for our large family. We had ages 1-9 with us, parents in their 30s and the kids grandparents too and there was always something fun for everyone on the property to do. The location is absolutely perfect. It feels like you’re a ten minute distance from every kind of attraction you’d want to attend in Branson. The outdoor pool was loved by all.
We also received the additional support of Meridath, who works with Adam. We had an unfortunate night of very loud and rowdy teenagers who decided to party when our little ones were asleep. I reached out to her for support and she was on top of it. Teenagers cleared out soon after. She also assisted us with something in the home that broke likely just due to having a lot of use. She had someone out to the home as soon as we wanted them there to fix it. She’s amazing and we were very thankful to have her help.
Adam was easy to work with and responds very quickly to messages. I will definitely be renting again from him in the future.

The House was everything that we expected! Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed because of some heavy rains and flooding prior to our stay. Something that the host had no control over. That was really the only disappointing thing about our time there. There were a few minor issues, but I contacted the host, and they were immediately resolved. I would certainly stay here again!

House was just as listed. Plenty of room for all and very clean. Pool could be noisy during the day but the soundproofing between it and the house was impeccable. Trash dumpsters were a little bit of a walk away but not horrible. Only downside was if the next door neighbor was noisy it wasn’t masked much- surprising since you couldn’t hear the pool area at all. Loved having the shampoo and conditioner provided- that was a nice touch. No spices in the pantry but that’s always hit or miss with Vrbo. Overall would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Brought our kids and grandkids to Branson for Christmas. We needed a place big enough for all of us and this peace did the trick. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids had the pool in the evening. The after goes access was a big hit with all the grandkids! The place was clean and very inviting! They even had a Christmas Tree up for us!!! We come back we will for sure rent here again!!!!

We loved the house and it was perfect for our group. We have 9 kids from 1 year to 12 years old and it was the perfect place for all of them. The pictures don't do the property justice, the views from the porches are beautiful and the inside is wonderful as well. We are already looked at our calendars to see when we are able to stay again.

This home was perfect for us!! The view of the lake was great. The house is beautiful. Adam and his team thought of everything. They had a high chair setup for my infant daughter as well as baby friendly toys. This home is right by all of the amenities like the playground, indoor pool, pickle ball court, etc. We went to Silver Dollar City, Dolly Parton Stampede, Branson Belle, and Big Cedar, all of which were approximately 15 minutes from the home. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Adam or his team. Nothing but great things to say about their hospitality. We will be staying here again!!

The house was just as described. Adam and his team went above and beyond answering our (probably sometimes annoying) questions almost immediately. They had everything from extra batteries to nice shampoo and body wash. We went at the perfect time to where almost no one but us were there and having the pool to ourselves anytime was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

You can not beat this location! There were 14 of us (ages 4-68) and we did a lot. I don't think we ever drove more than 15 minutes. The property was beautiful and enough space for everyone to have their own space, yet enough room for everyone to be together. Adam was excellent at communicating and check in was a breeze. The property was exactly how described and well stocked with everything you can possibility need. We loved staying here!! The littles cried when we had to leave!

The property was excellent. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware enough for a large group. Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry were all amply stocked with consumables for our 3 night stay and beyond. The proximity to the pool, basketball court and pickle ball court was great. Having help just a text away was comforting. Not that we had a problem, just some confusion on a door code. We also felt as though we located in an area of Branson that we had a short drive to every where we wanted to go. We would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay.

Great house. Experience was seamless. Being above the pool is very convenient but language and noise from some of the other neighborhood guests using the pool during the day was not ideal. Still entire group had a fantastic experience and group would very much consider staying again.

This place was great. Highly recommend. We had our whole family here comfortably. Only suggestion is to have housekeeping mop the floors. I think they skipped that because it looked really clean till the kids all ran around barefoot and there feet where black from the floors. Don”t let that misdirect you from using this facility as I’m sure this has been taken care of by the owners. They are responsive.

This house was the perfect place for my entire family, a long weekend getaway! The grandkids loved all the extras! (Indoor and outdoor pools, basketball court, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, indoor pool table, shuffle board and bunk beds! The property is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to fix all of our meals here at the home. We relaxed all weekend and never left! Definitely would give this property a 5 star rating!

This was the perfect setting for a whole family Getaway. Our four adult kids along with their spouses and children. The property was perfect for our active family. It was great to be so close to the neighborhood amenities. Our family had hours of fun swimming, playing basketball, playing pickle ball, and playing pool. This was a great place to just hang out as a family and reconnect. We loved it!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had all ages and the space held us perfectly. It was clean and new with lots of amenities and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the pool table, indoor shuffleboard, the full kitchen, TVs in every room, the beds were all so nice and we loved having all of the individual rooms for families. The large dining table was perfect for us and we cooked all of our meals in the home. Communication was easy and quick with the owner & manager. We would ecstatically stay there again with no hesitation!

The house as very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The amenities available made our stay even better. The kids loved being able to go outside and play on the basketball court and playground while we watched from our patio. Having the pool directly under the house was super convenient, as well. The water was a bit chilly, but the facility was very nice! We will definitely book this house again for our next family getaway. The property owner and manager were super responsive and very nice.

This was a great experience. They have thought of just about everything for your stay. We loved the location and had plenty of room. The only downside was a lack of water pressure in the showers- it was very light.
