About this house rental

Guests will enjoy a stay in our two bedroom, one and a half bath home built in 1910. The newly renovated space includes a living room with 65” mounted Roku TV, dining room, kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and more. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, second living space, and full bath. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The second living space has a futon and a 55" Roku TV.

The home also includes keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, and ADT home security. Washer and dryer can be made available for an additional fee for stays longer than seven nights.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, full of everything you could imagine. We were in town for a dance competition and the convention center was only 6-8 min away depending on the time of day. We did not walk the neighborhood. When she wasn’t competing we went to kings island, the zoo, and outlet mall. The security system was easy to use and I’m thankful it was available to us!

Home was as described with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a sitting room/daybed space along with full bathroom on the upper floor, living, dining, kitchen and 2 piece bath on main floor. Great option for a family or a handful of adults. Note there are sets of steps leading from the street to the property. The home itself was very clean and fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the coffee station! The area is an older area, called Price Hill. It is hilly. We walked the area to the BLOC coffee shop and ice cream shop (beside each other) and across the street is the Incline Public House restaurant that has an amazing view of the downtown and Cincinnati area. It was a quick & easy car trip to the downtown, as well as over the bridge(s) to Newport & Coventry. The hosts were easy to contact and provided great information and tips on the area.

The property is very nice and the owners are extremely helpful and kind. Being from more of a suburban lifestyle, renting a house in an inner city is a different experience. As long as you are not out after dark, it is relatively safe. The close proximity to everything was fabulous!

Oh where to start..... From booking to check-in to the stay and to the check-out... wonderful! The place as is as it is described. Communication with management has been great. We had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful home. We have already talked about it and we will be staying here again when we come back to Cincinnati for future visits!

This property is definitely as described and shown in photos. Very clean. Bathroom with tub/shower is a bit small but worked ok when we took turns using it. We used the 1/2 bath for hair etc! We felt safe with ADT and neighborhood was quiet! It was an easy drive to the stadiums and it was fun walking along the river. Mt Echo Park was neat to drive too and see the city up on the bluff! The restaurant and coffee house close to the neighborhood were excellent!! We enjoyed them. It is a bit of a drive but we drove to Jungle Jims International Grocery Store and that was definitely an experience! I am glad we did that!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful home that was spacious and very clean. Meet friends for a long weekend and it was in a good location. Very easy and fast to get to downtown and surrounding cities. Definitely will stay again for our yearly get together!!

The house is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seems to be a working class neighborhood, with interesting architechture and places to eat & drink nearby. Due to the houses being close together it can be a little noisy at night due to people being outside and the occasional dog barking. I live in the country so this is noticeable to me because it is completly quiet where I live. If you are used to a bit of normal city noise this is a very nice place to stay and close to lots of fun places to visit in the city or across the river in Kentucky.

We went up for a concert and this place was perfect for us! It was idea to downtown and to The Great American Ballpark! It exactly as it was shown and in a quiet neighborhood. I would strongly recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful! Inside was so spacious and decorated great. The loft area upstairs we were able to use as a 3rd bedroom for our 1 year old in the playpen. We were able to get in the property a bit early since we got into town early and wanted to get our baby settled. Lots of thoughtful amenities if you forgot anything. The literal only not 5 star thing was the neighborhood. They do have an alarm system that is easy to use and we used throughout the stay. The location is close to downtown, but if I were staying there alone I’d be nervous. We had a great stay!

This home did not disappoint. It was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet and homey. We took advantage of the coffee bar and appreciated enjoying our morning brew on the front porch. Check in was super easy, all the instructions were very clear. We took advantage of the restaurant suggestions and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cincinnati. Hope to be back again. Thank you!

Great location for a weekend in Cincinnati. Just a short walk to fantastic local restaurants as well as a coffee shop, ice cream and more. It's a quick, easy drive to downtown stadiums. House has been updated to include all modern amenities. Loved the porch seating area. Comfortable beds and plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. Note: very steep driveway. Might prefer to take advantage of the street parking.

Beautifully renovated property in transitional neighborhood. Everything you might need is provided. All seating and beds were very comfortable. Parking in the drive was not great. We would return to this property, its very well appointed. Each weekend morning we enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch with coffee.

Our family of four stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. The place was so lovely and inviting, even tastefully decorated for the holiday. Perfect size for our family, with a bonus TV room for the kids to hang out. Walkable to coffee shop and pub. The host called us on the last day to see if we were ok in the snow storm, and let us stay past check out while we figured out other flight arrangements. 10 out of 10!

This property has been very well renovated. It is well situated for easy access to most of the city and the major highways leading in and out of the city. I usually don't sleep well in beds other than my own, but the bed and the pillows in the peach room were very comfortable. The hosts supplied lots of amenities and suggestions about local restaurants to make our stay very comfortable. I was very pleased. I would recommend this home to others looking for a place in the Cincinnati area.

We were in town for our nephew's wedding. We enjoyed our time at this property. Very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed to make our 5 day stay very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Having two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and the coffee shop as well. Hope to stay again when we are in town.

Came up to see our daughter at UC for family weekend. Location of property was very close to college and downtown. Host was wonderful to work with. We had last minute changes and they were very helpful in helping us rearrange our stay. The home is wonderful. Every amenity was provided and the home was very clean. We will definitely be visiting this property again for future weekend visits with our daughter.

Property is as described. It is clean and well maintained. If you are staying less than a week, you do not have laundry access (typical for the area) so they do have plenty of towels (maybe a couple of more kitchen towels would be nice). The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need for your stay. There is off street parking, however it is on a steep incline, so we parked on the street. The house is located on a hill so not handicapped friendly. The neighborhood is a quiet inner city area. Overall, we were very happy with the house and enjoyed our stay in Cincinatti.

The neighborhood is a little deceiving when you drive in because it looks rough. The house was great! There was plenty of room. Parking was a little rough but I have a large SUV. The house was very clean. Communication with the owner was good. Location is very convenient to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Much better than a hotel by far!! Great location- updated home w nice furniture- our 11 year old loved having his own “gaming” room. Big plus for him!! We loved the couch on the porch. Quiet neighborhood. Our only recommendation would be more towels (3) for 6 day stay. The master bedroom is really bright in the morning & the bed could use a topper- we slept great until the sun was hitting you in the eyes. We would definitely stay here again!!
