Situated in Maine, this attractive resort for $464 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Dragonwood is a lakeside vacation rental property. Designed for peace and recreation, the compound can easily accommodate up to 16 guests for reunions, events, business retreats or a simple friends or family getaway. Activities classes are offered onsite - art to cooking - tap into the knowledge of our local skilled instructors. Kayaking, spa treatments, bocce, hiking, biking or simple relaxation - rekindle your spirit at Dragonwood, in Parkman Maine. An eco-friendly and sustainable compound, Dragonwood is situated on 18 private acres with ¼ mile of lakefront. The house is a beautifully designed residence that will accommodate up to 16 guests on the second floor. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and bath with two stalls completes the first floor. The Dragonwood vacation retreat features a conference/classroom area, design studio tailored for all ages, art building and a special events pavilion. For a private getaway, the Fish house is located on the lake’s edge. The dock also offers privacy with an open lakefront vista. Be with the group or be on your own –Dragonwood offers boundless possibility. Art classes, instruction in foraging, canning and preserving, kayaking, a spa treatment – these are just a few activities offered. Let us know about your interests. Enjoy free golf at Piscataquis Country Club and free access to Community Fitness in Guilford during your stay, located just a few minutes away. Catered meals are available on request, and as an added bonus we feature organic produce grown in the Dragonwood gardens. You may occasionally see staff working in the gardens or maintaining the grounds, but never fear – your privacy is ensured. Feel free to consult our excursion concierge to help plan your stay. Off-property guided excursions are offered – waterfalls to visit and mountains to climb. On-site is a Certified Ninja Warrior Confidence course, regulation size Bocce court, Badminton and a variety of other outdoor games. Unfamiliar with any activity? Instruction is available. Indoors we offer reliable satellite internet, videos and a library. Discover this comfortable and secluded retreat and a staff dedicated to enhancing every aspect of your experience.

This property is incredible. It's relaxing, it's clean, its beyond comfortable and cozy. Carrie, the property manager is AMAZING to work with! We even utilized candid photography. Everyone there is so pleasant and kind and totally non intrusive at all. We're deciding to do it annually now!

My family and I spent two days in Parkman and ended up extending our trip by 1 more day just so we could enjoy the full extent of the property. The bunk house was very comfortable and included all the creature comforts one can ask for. Both our host Carrie and Frank were very eager to make sure we enjoyed the full extent of the property which included a tour, an elaborate welcome book, snacks, and Frank even set us up with smores by the fire which all of us really enjoyed. Fishing off the private doc, kayaking, picking fresh fruits/vegetables, and just lounging around on the porch experiencing the beauty Dragonwood has to offer was an experience that will not be soon forget. This place is a must if your visting Maine!
