Come relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves in this bright, remodeled, and recently redecorated condo with direct ocean and pool views.! The private condo is located on the second and third floors (no unit above you) in Coquina, an exclusive 42-unit complex directly on Crescent beach. Recently renovated, the condo features a fully updated and equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances and quartz counters with counter stools for additional seating. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65" HD LED smart TV for your viewing enjoyment along with breathtaking views of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortably furnished balcony while you watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves on Crescent beach. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king size bed, a 55" HD LED smart TV, and amazing views of the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 40" smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with tub upstairs.

The unit is fully stocked with nice linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, pillows, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics and a selection of board games and books to provide all the comforts of home. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. The condo also includes free highspeed WiFi and cable TV and is professionally cleaned and sterilized between each rental. The unit does not allow pets for any renters or guests. Coquina is a non-smoking property except in designated smoking area. No smoking in unit or balcony.

When headed to the beach, enjoy private access and complimentary use of four (4) beach chairs, an umbrella and four (4) beach towels.

This well maintained, beachfront complex offers community access to swimming pools, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, a community overlook area- including tables and loungers, with views of both the intercoastal and the beach- perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset! Located only 13 miles from downtown St. Augustine, on Anastasia Island, this condo is in the perfect location for family fun!

We’ve been going to St Augustine every summer with the family for almost 40 years and we only stay at the Coquina. We’ve stayed in many units here over the years but this unit is always very clean, well supplied with easy access. It is updated, beautiful, and cozy inside with a great view of the beach. The Coquina is one of the only condos that have all units facing the water with a short walk to pool and beach. There is a laundry room in the facility and newly redone tennis/pickleball courts. Grounds and pool area are always very nice and clean. Lauren is a great host and responds to any questions quickly. We use VRBO several times and year and she is the best host to-date. Highly recommend this unit.

This was one of the most well equipped vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was thought of and exceptional. Good quality pots and pans, an assortment of spices, comfortable bedding, beautifully decorated and a gorgeous view. I highly recommend!

Condo is great - comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great view, lovely lanai, great beach chairs. Lauren is easy to reach and very responsive. All the essentials for a great vacation are taken care of. Love this particular beach! Have been going to this complex for many years and this is the best experience we’ve ever had with the owner and/or management company. We’ll be back!

Property was very clean and beautifully decorated - the owners have thought of every detail from the coffee station in the kitchen to the toiletries and extra toothbrushes in the bathroom. (Even the toilet paper was the higher end soft stuff, which is rare in rentals.) Owners were very responsive and helpful, and the location is perfect. We love Coquina and Crescent Beach and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

we’ve stayed at this complex seven times now. this unit was at the top of them. very clean. had TONS of extras(drinks, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, storage bags, and even very convenient usb plug ins everywhere which i’ve never seen in any of the 30+ places we’ve stayed) communication was great, we heard from Lauren a few times throughout the process. thank you again!

My favorite part about this place was the view! The beach was beautiful with very few people on it. The kids loved the pool and surprisingly the pool temperature wasn’t bad even for the adults. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was lack of toilet paper and dish washer pods- so bring some with you.

The location was PERFECT! The owner was in close contact with us during "Nicole's" approach. We were safe & had flashlights & lanterns during the power outage. .. & because of this inconvenience we were refunded for the days lost. VERY KIND considering it was not really required. Wife and I needed to unplug for a fall break at the beach. This property met all expectations. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities for the day to day. Owner Lauren kept in touch throughout the process. We may have to come vacation their in the fall again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo in an excellent location. Amazing views, only steps to the beach, with a large pool in a quiet complex. The unit had everything we needed: small appliances, paper products, beach items, 3 TVs. Our week-long stay at the end of September was cut short by Hurricane Ian. Lauren checked in on us upon our arrival and then again as the weather changed. Even though she was out of the country, she quickly arranged a refund for the unused portion of our stay. We hope to come back to this same unit in the future and continue our vacation. This has become our favorite vacation rental.
