About this apartment rental

Our condo is located at the Ledges which is conveniently located in the Heart of Osage Beach with restaurants and golf and activities nearby. Our guests appreciate the main channel views and the peaceful no-wake cove. Complex offers 2 pools, one of which is on the point of the property with great view of the lake. In addition, a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids can enjoy.

Our condo offers recent upgrades including replacing narrow spiral staircase with a more modern beautiful open wood staircase. New carpet in bedrooms and loft and new hardwood flooring in living room. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings offer a very spacious feel, large bedrooms, 2 baths, cable TV, Internet, washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils. Our condo is located on the 4th floor which provides a great lake view with convenient cat-walk entrance from parking lot to our front door.

Master suite has a king size bed and private bath with access to deck.
Large second bedroom offers a queen size bed with closet.
Loft also offers 2 queen beds.

A 14ft. by 30ft. boat slip is available free upon request with condo rental.

This condo is centrally located and close by to many pool bars dog days margaritaville red heads and high tides. The condo was beautiful and clean. The property was well kept and the host was fabulous! Beware of the wasps on the cat walk from the parking lot to the condo. We had an amazing time in Osage Beach. Thank you for sharing your space

This top floor condo with a two bedrooms plus a loft was perfect for our family of five. Upper level parking with a catwalk kept us from climbing stairs, and the lake view balcony was great for early mornings and sunsets. The washer/dryer was very convenient for keeping all the beach and boating towels clean.

We had the best time staying at this house for the 4th of July weekend. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go which was a plus with how busy it was on the water. It's very helpful that this is located on the top floor so carrying luggage in and out was a breeze. We enjoyed staying here and hope to return in the future.

This condo and Mike were great! We are frequent Ozarks visitors, so we appreciate Ledges for the nice location on the water and the convenient, central location to “all things fun” in Osage Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. The kitchen is stocked well, and it’s nice to have meals in the condo every now and then and not have to worry about buying or bringing normal kitchen items. The deck is wonderful and provides a great view of the lake and of the dock if you have a boat with you. Since it’s the top floor, the sunshine on the deck is perfect for that spring or summertime warmth. If you get too hot, the view from the couch is still top notch. The view from the master bedroom is just as good, too, and is wonderful to look out at as you rest your head. Everything from the bathrooms to the bedrooms to the kitchen was clean. The loft and high ceilings provide a very open and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve stayed in top-floor condos before, but this was a first time having a walkway directly from the parking lot. The bridge walkway is *perfect.* Mike was helpful throughout the whole process. He helped us with boat slips, booking information, check-in and check-out information, and he was extremely prompt with replies. I would stay here again, and I would gladly work with Mike again.

We had a group of 14 join us for the weekend and rented two condos at The Ledges. This is our third stay in the complex and truly enjoy all of the amenities. The condo was very well appointed. Thank you!

This condo is in a central location to the majority of activities in the Lake of the Ozarks. We were able to access everything within 10 to 25 mins. The condo is updated and very clean! I liked that there was on site security and a strict quiet time. My kids loved watching all the ducks and turtles swimming along the shore.

Fun time! Condo questions for check in were quickly answered by host, Thanks Mike! The place had quite a few steps but I found it good exercise. We slept well in the comfy beds. Patio was a good place to watch sunsets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Condo was centrally located and a short walk to both pools and beach.
