About this house rental

A modern home, open concept, 3-bedroom home in Palm Beach Gardens. The home provides a king, two queen beds, a large kitchen, an open concept dining room and living room. This home was just recently remodeled to be a clean Florida destination getaway home. The decor is tropical, serene, and fresh. The home has everything you need for a relaxing time. Includes new washer and dryer. Each room has a closet with drawers. Located next to the main shopping districts of the area including Downtown at the Gardens, Gardens Mall, and Legacy Place. No farther than 5 miles to Juno Beach Pier or MacArthur Beach Park on Singer Island. We do allow pets. There is a pet fee based on weight. The home contains shared walls to an efficiency located in the front of the house. There are separate entrances, a/c vents, and a/c control. You have your own private home and backyard with grill and outdoor seating.

For your safety, we have exterior video cameras installed that look out onto the driveway.

The property was comfortable and well equipped with nice beds, adequate kitchen supplies and very clean. Being situated on a quiet street, in a very convenient location, made it easily accessible to the activities and sites we planned to visit during our stay. We took in several Spring Training games at Roger Dean Stadium which is only a short 10min drive. And going the opposite direction, we were able to be on the beach in about 15 min. The house had everything we needed during our 1 week visit. Overall, a great place to stay!

This home may be accurate according to the pictures inside but its located in the ghetto. High police presence, garbage everywhere on the street and lawns, cars and boats parked everywhere, less than desirable people wandering around and just a generally unsafe feeling while driving to/from property. So much so that we contacted the owner on check in day asking if there was anything we could do as far as partial refunding or an alternate property and was quickly shut down. All this as another cruiser with its lights on went past us. Unless you’re packing and looking for a tussle I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone.

This is an excellent rental house. We had everything we needed and lacked nothing. The only thing I would say is that there is a small studio apartment that is rented in the same house. We were not made aware of that prior to renting. It ended up not being, an issue whatsoever. We would rent this property again!

The decision to rent this property was based on a great location and a newly renovated home. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations when I arrived at the house. The check-in process was a breeze. The location was perfectly located on a quiet street that’s close to the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Within a few minutes from shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and just about anything you want. Inside the house is immaculate. Every rooms were clean and fully furnished. The kitchen was my favorite place in the house with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a perfect meal. Overall experience is A+. And the host was very accommodating and very professional. Highly recommend renting this beautiful home on your next vacation .

The home had everything we needed for our week in the Palm Beach / Jupiter area. It was very clean upon arrival. Location was fantastic...super convenient location to main roads / Beach. Owners were very responsive to messages We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area

This beautifully remodeled home was very well equipped with all our family needed to stay there for a month . Lovely furniture, new appliances, two coffeemakers to choose from. Lovely Mikasa dinner service. A complete set of silverware. Beautiful paintings throughout the house and most importantly, hands on hosts.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was really good for the area we wanted to be in. The house was just the right size and accommodated most of our needs. Great location for shopping, restaurants and beach visits. It was perfect that we could stay in the same place for as long as our visit was.

This property was wonderful!! The location was great, easy to get to restaurants, movie theater, interstate, etc. the property was EXTREMELY clean, organized, well stocked and comfortable. The contact for the property was very responsive, polite and accommodating. I had zero issues here and would 100% stay here again!!!
