We had a great stay at this property. It was as advertised and everyone loved the massage chair! We had a small issue at check-in, but the owner acted fast to resolve, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we are in the Memphis area.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was quiet at night and situated in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home for your Memphis visit. So very close to downtown and all the attractions we wanted to get to.

Host had great communication and was very accommodating and responsive which we greatly appreciated. Small thing but so nice to have a pack n play and booster seat available when traveling with a toddler. Kitchen was well-equipped and everything was as expected. The second floor did have some difficulty cooling (we managed and did not raise this as an issue, just noting the system could probably use a checkup as the temps increase). Overall good experience and great host.

Came in from Florida and had a great time. The only item was the thermostat for the bottom and second floor. Never could get one area warm (and it was cold). Manager helped with it as best he could with instructions, but it seems to be out of sync even after following instructions for both units.

The house is in a great location on Mud Island close to downtown Memphis. There is plenty of space and there are even two tables. The massage chair was a big hit too!

Overall this is a nicely kept house on Mud Island. Very convenient to downtown which was nice. We had a little issue getting checked in but the owner Chris was quick to help out. The kitchen is well stocked and the mattresses are very comfy, which is unusual for a rental!! Had a little trouble with the Cable TV working but we weren't there to watch TV so no big deal really. Would stay here again.

I can’t say enough things about this property- as someone stated already, the pics DO NOT do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet and immaculate and a quick drive into downtown.
The beds are amazingly comfortable, and plenty of hot water.
Our first experience with an VRBO and it has truly set the bar for us!

Great Place, Great Location.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Memphis that is close to downtown, this is a good choice. Mud Island is beautiful and quiet. The home is two story with a large Master Bedroom and bathroom, two small guest rooms and a small guest bathroom. All bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by carpeted stairs. The downstairs consists of the kitchen, dining room, family room and an additional dining table near the front window. Everything was clean, neat and not overly appointed. Chris was great to work with, responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Loved the property. Hell of a location. Went for a morning run the morning after arriving and the view was amazing. Short 10 min ride to downtown where we spent most of our time. Chris stayed in

Enjoyed
We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, clean and charming. There are 3 decent size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is in a good neighborhood. We felt safe taking walks at night. The owners are easy to communicate with, responding quickly to our questions. The are also polite.
The only thing that we wished was different was the checkout time, which is 10:00 a.m. We would have loved to take another walk in the morning before we left but there was not time. It was our vacation and so we were not willing to get up early to do that. 11:00 a.m. would have been more reasonable.

This was the first time visiting Memphis for my myself, my wife and two friends. We had a great stay at this house. It was very conveniently located, nicely furnished and everything went smoothly with the property manager. I would recommend it.

My overall experience was great! Easy check in, clean home, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the massage chair! The only con was the keypad not working after I checked in. I had to call to get the door unlocked. The communication was great, so there was no problems with that. Thank you !
