Upon arrival, we found two cockroaches (one dead, one alive)…that was within the first 10 minutes being inside the house. During our four-day stay, we found seven more live cockroaches; in the towels, under the chairs, crawling up the walls!! There is ZERO regulating the people who stay in the Hawks Cay Rentals. Someone was docked in OUR boat slip the ENTIRE weekend, so we couldn’t use it. The music level on some of the docked boats was deafening. The people staying in other rentals were very loud… into the early morning hours. It was ok. Wouldn’t do it again. We are returning to the keys in four weeks…won’t stay here.

The location was fantastic however they must have renovated because the floors are not the same as the pictures. We struggled with some of the appliances not working properly and the guest bathroom toilet constantly ran. Also, the townhouse really needs a good clean. The stairs were very dirty. You can tell it’s a rental house.
The boat slip that comes included is extremely convenient. Overall we would stay here again solely because of the location and the boat slip.

Arrived to an uncleaned, filthy location. And the AC was not working. Had to cut my chartered fishing trip short to move to another location due to this major inconvenience. Looked forward to this trip with great anticipation, definitely disappointed and stressed out on vacation!

It was a wonderful vacation for my children’s Graduation celebration. It was extremely spacious, with plenty of sleeping space and 2 fabulous outdoor decks, one upstairs and one downstairs. I would definitely recommend it.
The only recommendation I have is that the kitchen could have had a few more pans for baking, as well as some potholders (very tricky without potholders) A few dish towel’s would have been appreciated, as well. But small inconveniences in an otherwise perfect place.

The owner was so easy to communicate with and there was a welcome basket in the kitchen for our arrival. Bathrooms were well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. The location was amazing, especially if you have a boat. The listing is listed as 4 bedrooms, but the living room was considered a bedroom, since there was a pull out couch. Would definitely return to this location.

Very lovely property. Nice and clean. The snack baskets and bathroom baskets were a thoughtful and useful touch.
The living room could use some side tables for the sofas. Also would be nice to have a few more necessities in the kitchen: hand soap, surface cleaning product, glass mixing bowls, hot pads, and storage with lids.
We would definitely stay in this property again.

The only thing negative is the design of the condo. The two showers upstairs are in the bedrooms, one should've been in the hall. But man these guys were great it was simple.

Location was great right in the heart of the Keys. Perfect if bringing your own boat! Condo was clean and functional! Communication with Jesus was simple, professional, and timely! Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Plenty of sun and relaxation
This townhouse was perfect for our 4 couples. Easy access and near attractions. Even Spent one afternoon Key West, one hour away. The weather was spectacular and the back porch provided a shaded, cool place to relax.

Hawks Cay is BEAUTIFUL
This is a nice condo in a great resort!! Beautiful area... BUT take the property warnings for real. You CANNOT use the pool, bar, other property amenities. The hotel is VERY strict. I believe the owner of this property should step up and use the local management, so that guests aren't prevented from access to local facilities.... it just would make things so much better... aside from that, everything is great. THank you!
