only on 2nd floor & in a super quiet section of the building with no street noise! 1 parking pass at Washington Park garage is complimentary with the stay! you'll get free parking the entire time and it's only 1 block from the condo. :)

500 Mbps fiberoptics internet and 50" TV for all your work and Netflix streaming
For your security, there is a code for building entry, but keypad entry with a unique code only for you to get inside the condo. A Ring doorbell is available to immediately contact us if needed. At times, we will also meet you for check in to provide key for building entry.
Everything you need is provided from Head & Shoulders/Pantene shampoo/conditioner, Olay body wash, Neutrogena make up remover and Keurig coffee maker and pods.
Iron, ironing board, and extra blanket are both in the bedroom closet.
Washer/Dryer available for use.
You will have access to the entire place!
There's a patio with furniture to sit out on.
your stay also includes 1 parking pass in Washington Park garage! Washington Park is 2 min/1 block away from the condo.

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.
The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.
Over-The-Rhine is the most popular place to stay with so many restaurants, breweries, and bars. This area is still developing, and you will see a lot of construction and empty buildings along the way.
My favorite places are too much to list! Love this condo's location and convenience. This is the city life of Cincinnati!
Walking since this is so close to everything in OTR! You are in the middle of all the restaurants and patio outdoor seating!
Literally 4 min walking to restaurants and bars in OTR like The Eagle, Salazar, Washington Park, Music Hall
8 min walking to Findlay Market, Rhinegheist, Sam Adam's Brewery, and more!
You can walk to Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar in 2 min (1 block away).
Strict early check in/late check out fees apply & must be coordinated before check in.
Lost key & parking pass will be charged $200 each
No shoes in the carpet or you may incur additional charges for carpet cleaning
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
Quiet hours after 11pm.
No smoking of any kind such as e-cigarettes, weed, etc.
Any violations will lead to termination of the reservation with no refunds and $500 charge.
