The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It was about 14 minutes to Providence Mission Hospital and about 10 minutes to Baby beach. We were there for medical readons but managed to turn the trip into a mini vacation with our 3 year old twins. The locals told us about Baby Beach and it really was the perfect beach to bring toddlers. Such calm waters and a beautiful setting.

Charming condo with classy interior. Quick drive to the beaches and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Easy to get into neighborhood and easy to navigate around. Plenty of dishes, cookware and coffee pot with supplies (spices, coffee, toiletries, towels etc.). Our family will be back and very friendly owner.

Loved our stay at this property. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and the pool was only a few steps away from the townhouse. Pool area was very well maintained. The location of the townhouse was close to stores, restaurants and the ocean! Just wish there was a toaster supplied.☺️

Niko’s place is the perfect townhome for a Laguna Beach area stay. Conveniently located for quick access to Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport areas. Short drive to all three as well as PCH. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean and nice. No paper towels, little soap, and kitchen not well supplied. Manual with instructions would be helpful. Manager was very responsive.

This property has a lot of potential. It is in a lovely neighborhood, easy to find and the physical property is new and updated. The problem is with the furnishings and amenities. The place was clean (other than a used bar of soap with a hair on it in the master shower) but there was no staging to make it inviting. The back deck is a lovely space but the landscaping was unkempt and the few pieces of furniture out there were scattered around with dirty cushions. The greatest offense is the beds. In the photos it shows regular beds with nice bedding. In reality, both beds were very different. There is a mattress sitting straight onto the slats of the frame; no box spring. It felt like a mattress on the floor! Very uncomfortable. The bedding consists of scratchy cheap sheets with only a blanket and two very inexpensive pillows per bed. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet. The towels were okay, not plush but not the cheapest. There is a lovely huge sitting area in the master bedroom. I hope you like sitting on the floor, however, because there is not a single piece of furniture in it. Not even a single chair as shown in the photos. The kitchen is under supplied. New appliances that are beautiful but no equipment to use them. Not a single baking sheet or pan for the oven nor an oven mitt or pot holder. There is a traditional coffee maker and filters but not a single coffee cup! Such a shame because this could be a lovely property.

Overall, the property was great. It is in an excellent location for enjoying the beaches in the area and was an easy drive to Disneyland. There are many restaurants nearby and Albertsons was only a couple of minutes down the road. The condo was very nice with all new flooring and appliances. It was a nice size and comfortable for our family of 5. The check in/out process was very easy. There were a lot of nice inclusions like dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, plenty of bath tissue, plenty of towels, and soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things could have made the stay even better. The kitchen was one of the least stocked we've experienced, missing basic things like a toaster and a pasta strainer. There were only 4 bowls which was challenging with kids. The outdoor space was covered in spider webs and the outdoor furniture was pretty dirty so we didn't make use of that space. The pool was nice but there was no hot tub as mentioned on the listing. The drain in the master bath was clogged so we really couldn't use it, it would take a few minutes for the sink to empty after brushing our teeth. The bed in the master was broken and sloped down quite a bit at our feet. Communication with Niko and Victoria was good overall, they responded quickly to any questions. It would be nice if they had an information packet in the rental. For example, we had to request the wifi password and figure out how to access the pool. Overall, we had a great stay!

We enjoyed this property. It has a nice zen backyard perfect for lounging and socializing. The location is great with a grocery store nearby (Albertson's), bank (Wells Fargo), dining options and under a 10-minute drive to the beach.
