The high-speed WiFi available will help you search for the best attractions and restaurants nearby for an unforgettable time with your loved ones. Friendly competition will be easy to come by with the cornhole set and other outside games. End each dreamy day on the front deck with Adirondack chairs and nighttime cafe lights! The eat-in kitchen has modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze no matter your level of expertise. Look up the most delicious recipes and treat your family and friends to savory meals! The Keurig coffee maker is ready to be best friends with the early birds of the group. If you feel like preparing more casual meals, a gas grill is also available for summer cookouts! All bedrooms are located upstairs and they share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The wood stove is inoperable and not for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is a nice place with everything you need. The location is great, close enough to the highway that it was easy to find but not too close. The condo is very clean, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. They had everything we needed, the kitchen had all the essentials, the linens were all nice and the bed in the master was very comfortable. The checkin was a little tricky, the code to the door was a bit glitchy. We were glad we checked-in in the daylight because it was hard to see the entry at night. Overall we would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for three nights with our miniature poodle. We really enjoyed the property. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we need. The proximity to Big Trees SP and Murphys was also appreciated. We did a long trail run in Big Trees and this was a perfect place to rest after. We will definitely be back.

The property was extremely clean and well furnished. It was a pleasure to stay there and my family had a great time playing many of the board games that were at the house. Thank you.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this place!! Clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and priced right! The cute wood stove was perfect for the cold nights and the front deck overlooking the trees was a great way to begin the day with coffee and a great way to end the day playing games surrounded by cafe lights. The peaceful rural neighborhood made us feel we were a million miles away but it was fantastic to be walking distance to the adorable Camp Connell General Store and the lively restaurant bar The Lube Room. We’ll definitely be back!!

Poor communication with property manager

The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen every time the toilet flushed, which is disgusting. It also snowed and the snow shovel handle was broken off of the base making it impossible to use properly. It snowed about six inches while we were there and we needed a shovel to remove snow from the stairs. We emailed and texted the property manager multiple times and got no response.

Nice Location, clean and well stocked. The key code was for a key box attached to the railing not the key pad on the door. More specific directions would be helpful.
