This property provided a great week at the beach for our family. The views could not have been more spectacular. There were a few items not provided adequately, but nothing we couldn’t purchase, and nothing that took away from our overall enjoyment. As the beach right in front of the property is quite eroded, we found a nice little beach just a short walk away at the Fort Fisher State Park - just perfect for us! The beach along the front of the property was not suitable for sitting out for much of the day, but was super for looking for shells in the rocky areas. We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the condo, it was very clean and met all our vacation needs. We did have to call for assistance unlocking the key box, and we received help right away. Once in we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and comforting condo on the very south end of Kure Beach. The Fort Fisher Rec Area is steps away. Nice walkways. Easy parking. Easy to get into the combination front door. Happily surprised to see the condo had supplies ( dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc ). I interacted with vacasa via text messages, and via phone, and the maintenance staff in person. All were friendly, polite, and professional.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our stay. The views were amazing and this home had everything we needed. Being at the end of the row and away from the crowds was great! So much room on our beach.

This was a perfect spot! The room was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the view from every window! You could look out and see the beautiful walking trail next to the beach. Truly an outstanding site! We loved it and will be back! Thank you!

Shore Am Happy at Riggins was extremely clean and provided amazing views of the ocean. Beach erosion was evident with little access to beach when tide is high.

We had a storm, water was so close it wet our. deck, we loved it. Had trouble getting in, lock difficult. Got a ticket for parking in our slot , some one missed our window pass

This unit is quite the gem, it's the last building before you hit Fort Fisher State Park so it has an unobstructed view. The water actually comes under the 2nd balcony so at high tide you don't even see the beach, it's like being on an Ocean Liner. It's a stone throw to the State park, the Aquarium and you can walk to the Fort Fisher Battlegrounds. Just minutes away is the Fort Fisher Ferry to Southport. It's just a few miles from Carolina Beach and Bald Head Island.
If you want total peace and quiet.. this is the place. There is a small market at Fort Fisher Boulevard and K Street (way overpriced for the convenience) but there is a Food Lion and Publix in Carolina Beach.
We stayed here in August and again in November and plan to come back.

It was so nice to sit on a deck so close to the beach you feel like you don’t even have to make the trip down with your chairs. It is furnished nicely, and Vacasa was very attentive.

This was a great vacation and location. The room was very clean, except the foul odor coming from the bathroom. The hefty amount of deodorizers helped, but definitely still a stink in the bathroom like a sewage problem. Only other complaint is we had to sleep in the bunk beds because the main bed was uncomfortable and the metal frame squeaked with the slightest movement. Even so, still a very peaceful and relaxing vacation and beautiful room and views. The issues aren’t enough to keep us away, we’ll be back next year!

Location was everything, we spent time on Ft. Fisher glorious beach, took our 4x4 Jeep for $20 on wide, 4 mile long empty beach! Fascinating turtle hatching areas too. Carolina Beach a few miles North for restaurants, Publix, saw the 9:00pm fireworks show Thursday. Took ferry to Southport and the Aquarium was right there too. Next trip we will bike over to Bald Head Island. We can’t wait to come back.
This was the perfect location for our needs, we fell in love with Kure!!!

This property was a great find. Very clean, definitely on quiet end of beach, and very comfortable. Regret Mother Nature hasn’t left much beach to enjoy which is okay for those like us on the beach for the view. Definitely a go-over a rating from me which is hard to get.

Sunrises and Crashing Waves
Unbelievable sunrises...every morning. The sound of the ocean 24/7 is so relaxing. The location is excellent, right next to the Fort Fisher Civil War historical site, made for some very nice morning walks on the beach.

Wave sound therapy
This building is so close to the water it has sandbags to protect it from high tide and storms. The result is the most amazing views and wave sounds ever. Very relaxing.
