As you pull into the driveway, you are immediately greeted with the smell and sound of the Atlantic Ocean. Located at 212 Ocean Marsh Drive and just a two-minute walk to the sand you'll fall in love with this home. With three stories fully utilizing outdoor balcony space, sit back and take in the ocean breeze. You may decide to take the elevator up or ascend the front steps into the large foyer complete with a seating area and flat screen TV. Four of the seven bedrooms can be found on the first floor as well as the fully equipped laundry center featuring 2 full size washer and dryers. As you enter the house the first bedroom on the left features a king bed and full bath. Meander down the hall to find the other three rooms. A king suite with full bath and access to the screened porch, 2 queen beds with private bath, and another king suite with private bath.
The second level of the home is the main gathering place with plenty of room for the entire family! The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen is the ultimate focal point in the open and fantastic great room that also houses the dining area, living room, sunroom/office and access to the balconies and panoramic views. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has two full beds and a private bath and the other is the master suite with a large flat screen TV, huge modern bathroom with all the amenities one would expect. It even has access to the sunroom through a private door.
The third level has a playroom for all ages! Features a 60 inch widescreen TV, board games and puzzles, a full adjustable putting green, ping pong table, ample seating and another tv not to mention views of the ocean, a bedroom featuring two double beds and a full bath.
As our guest you will be near the 5 Championship Golf Courses on Kiawah, which includes the home of 2021 PGA- The Ocean Course; The #1 ranked tennis resort by Tennis Resorts Online, Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; The Sanctuary Spa- a Forbes 2021 5star destination; dining, shopping and so much more. Located 40 minutes from Charleston, the souths most charming city, and one hour from the airport you will feel removed from the world but never be too far from endless options to entertain. Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking upon availability. Guests do not have access to the nearby Beach Club as this is for private members only.

Parking is limited by town-issued business license to “5” vehicles per day and applicable passes for this property will not exceed this #. We may limit these passes to overnight guests. On street parking is not available in this community. We cannot guarantee the functioning or availability of any amenities not described in this listing that may be found in this home such as sound systems, elevators, bicycles, etc.
