Gorgeous property

Up until the day of my arrival everything was good. I had a party there & a few hours into the party the cops come because 3 of the neighbors called. The police threatened to ticket everyone if we did move our cars. Mind you no one was blocking anyones driveway. Most of our guest either left or had to park 2 miles down the street & Uber or we shuttled them back & forth. Plus it started raining. It turned out to be a big mess. The owner never replied to my message about the situation

I rented this house mainly because of the pool. The house was very nice with high top electronics and furnishings . Does need some TLC and better cleaning work. I left it cleaner than what I got it because of my children staying there. There are two rooms ceiling fans that were not working. The AC in one room not as good. The shower handle in the master bedroom bathroom very hard to open and the other bathroom could never get the water cold it was always hot. Two days of being there my son got an allergic reaction from the pool and had to take him to Urgent Care come to find out that the pools PH was very low as per the person in charge of cleaning the pool. It was always dirty and yes it's an open pool with no netting but not safe to use. I was not able to access the pool the rest of my stay for my families safety and as per MD instructions.

My plan was to BBQ for family and friends. Unfortunately we had issues with the grill, not working, the stovetop and oven working off and on; cooking process delayed, and the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. A bit disappointed as far as cooking wise goes and refrigeration.

The house was as advertised. We stayed here for 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. Overall the house was clean.

We had a very nice time at the property. The owner was super helpful and willing to accommodate us. There was plenty of Linens and towels available. It was also a lot of kitchen amenities that or not typical. We did not use any of them but I imagine any guests would be very pleased. The pool is not as large as we had hoped and it was not heated. But we had a lovely time in the property and would definitely recommend others to visit.

We had a big group with with us . It was in a good location . Only thing is that it says 5 bedrooms and it was only 4 but we made it work !

We stayed for a night before our cruise. Was a bit farther away from cruise/Airport terminals than I anticipated. Had an issue with CO detector sounding, but owner was quick to respond and provided info to make quick repair. Pool had debris in it, but kids swam anyways. Thanks for the nice stay.

The house was really nice. The check in process was smooth. I would book this house again in the future.
