This charming two-bedroom cottage near East Beach is located in the most desirable part of Bald Head island. This home is newly renovated and ready for your perfect vacation getaway. Community amenities include walking paths, and BHI Creek access via a 400-foot private dock overlooking Bald Head Island's serene marshlands. Enjoy fishing and crabbing for North Carolina's well known Red Drum or Blue crab! The home has hardwood floors throughout, featuring a reverse floor plan and vaulted ceilings, this 1,050 sq ft home lives large and is decked out with modern appliances and fixtures, fresh interior paint, and updated bathrooms. The home has a four seater golf cart that is in great condition. Sleeps 5 comfortably. The home has access to the Shoals Club as add on. The club features pools and exclusive dining. Club must be added and paid for directly to the club in advance prior to your stay by the guest. It’s "Bout Time" you enjoy your next vacation at Bald Head Island!

Loved our stay; house was super clean and felt new. Great location for frequent visits to east beach where our family spends most of our time. We also loved the Keepers Landing dock which allowed us downtime as a family while fishing and crabbing.

We stayed at this property this past month and had a wonderful stay! Home was just as advertised and was perfect for our family of 4. I had a few questions for the property manager during our stay and she was immediate to respond. Would stay again!

I came down for a January stay, and have always found it very peaceful. The property was nice, and besides some problems with the golf cart staying charged during the stay, which VRBO reacted to quickly the stay was good. My only complaint was the amount of commercial vehicles I kept running into. This of course was not any fault of VRBO. The quite, quaint island is now a commercial disaster. Thanks for the pleasant memories. I probably won’t be back. Bigger is not necessarily better 😕

Lovely house in a quiet part of the island. Newly renovated, high-end appliances, tasteful decor. We didn't know how to operate the Andersen lock on the front door, but the owner responded immediately with instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience, quiet area, with 2 rental carts-a plus. Clean home, with nicely appointed kitchen and bath’s. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Loved the minimalistic bright decor-so fresh and restful. We noticed this rental property is listed for sale……. It will most likely sell quickly, you’ve done a great job with the upgrades.

This property was well maintained and the management was excellent to deal with. Everything you could want was there like bikes, surf boards, golf carts! You won't regret staying here!

We stayed at ‘Bout Time the 1st week of June. The house is conveniently located near The Shoal’s Club & East Beach. * Please note if want to use the Shoal’ s Club need to make reservations for temporary membership 5 days in advance (which is a new requirement) or they charge $100 late fee pp. Even though I requested with host way in advance of the 5 day policy (including guest names) was charged late fee on arrival. Put a damper on the trip. The house is great for 2 couples or a small family. It is very far from ferry, and marina (20 minutes by golf cart). Pack towels and supplies- only allocated 1 thin towel per guest, including dish, bath, beach, etc. Hard when staying for a week. There is no lights in the main room, place very dark at night! Could use a floor or table light to read by. Appliances were high end, nicely decorated and clean/bright. Would definitely recommend house!

We stayed at this residence during the Christmas holidays. Outside of the fact that we didn’t know the stores would be closed, this was the most peaceful and refreshing Christmas (how a holiday should be) that We’ve ever experienced. The house felt like a home, the people here were extremely friendly, and the night sky took our breath away. We will be back and who knows, make it a Christmas tradition!

So enjoyed this home! Very modern decorating, good beds/mattresses and kitchen amenities. Home is bright, clean and inviting. Includes two golf carts, bikes, beach chairs, etc. to make the visit more fun. Owner was flexible when we had to make a quick change to our reservation. We will visit again.

We had an enjoyable stay and can’t wait to return! The home is very clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of extras provided to make you feel at home. Bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, umbrella, grills, 2 golf carts…..nothing has been overlooked. The Owner was helpful and accommodating with any questions that came up during our stay. Will definitely recommend this rental to others!
