This amazing 2BD/2BA top floor condo (no noisy upstairs neighbors!) has been completely renovated and provides the ultimate luxury experience for up to 6 guests!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking beautiful Lake Cay and the Vista Cay resort pool, or relax under a gorgeous sunset and watch the SeaWorld fireworks (*select nights only*) with a glass of wine!

The Florida sun shines beautifully through the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a peaceful atmosphere for you to kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa. This space features a large smart TV with premium cable and free HBO.

The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up delicious meals to share at the dining table or breakfast bar!

Need to get some work done during your stay? We've got you covered with a full size desk, comfortable chair and super high speed internet (up to 400 Mbps).

Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major Orlando theme parks and attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, I-Drive and the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

*The pool area at the clubhouse will be closing for a significant refurbishment starting September 13th. The pool is expected to reopen by Spring Break 2025, featuring a refreshed design, a new children’s water play area, more deck space and an expanded hot tub, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

During this period, the clubhouse lobby and gym will remain open. Additionally, the newly opened pool at the Isles is fully operational and offers a fantastic alternative for our guests. This new pool area includes a zero-entry pool, splash pad, hot tub, fire pit, and a pool bar.

We traveled to Florida for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. Vista Cay was a perfect location. The condo was well styled, clean and the views from our porch were excellent. Communication was excellent.

Overall the place was very nice. Loved the balcony and the view. However: 1. Both showers leaked. Everytime we showered there would be a puddle outside the doors. Also the water pressure on the shower was very subpar. 2. The drapes did fully cover the sliding glass door to the balcony. Seemed there was a middle drape missing. 3. The only cable box that worked was the one in the master bedroom. We called Casiola to try and get this fixed upon our arrival. We were told that a service order would be put in. I asked when we could expect someone to show up (I even asked: tomorrow? 2 days? next week?). They couldn't tell us. 2 days later, without any prior notice, a knock on the door came at 6:15 pm as my wife and I were "enjoying some alone time". Before I could even get dressed, someone from Casiola decided to just unlock and walk in. We were quite shocked and angered that without notice and without respecting our privacy someone would just walk in our place like that. I obviously in unfiltered terms asked to person from Casiola to exit our place. We called Casiola to lodge our dismay. They apologized and said someone could return the next day and that they would notify us before the arrival. No one ever called us again or showed up. At this point we just gave up on the TV's and quite frankly on Casiola.

This condo is beautifully furnished and situated on the 4th (top) floor of the building, overlooking the lake and the pool, so the view is terrific. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, and the location is in the middle of everything, but still quiet. The rooms were spacious and this was a delightful weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, the amenities were so thoughtful, and the location was super convenient for us to visit Universal Studios and Disney parks. The heated pool was perfect for our fall break getaway, and the neighborhood was quiet. Staff responded quickly to my questions over email. We would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay. It was clean, easy check in and out, and had ample supplies for a couple and 1 dog for a few days. It was very close to the Orlando Convention Center where we were going each day and easy to get back and forth.

There was mildew/mold in the ac vents. There were also bugs/nats in the master bathroom. It looked like maybe the roof had leaked and not fixed properly. The showers pour water out into the floor while showering. Other than that our stay was good. Location is great we were close to everything.

VRBO did not have an option to select that your pet was accompanying you to the “pet friendly” vacation home. I was rudely woken up by the property manager that i purposefully had a pet in the home without paying their required pet fee, but there was no instructions on how to notify the property managers of our pet coming to the pet friendly condo. I asked for some time to view my invoice, as i would never purposefully not select our dog coming to waive a pet fee. I reviewed the listing with VRBO and there’s no option to select a pet was coming. This encounter happened at 7am the morning after our wedding. The property was beautiful, but the property manager threatened to have my removed from the property if i did not pay additional fees without being given the opportunity to review my invoice with VRBO. We will not be returning to this property.

We’re a family of 4 (2 kids, age 5 and 7) that stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was beautifully appointed and stocked with the necessities. Publix was 1/4 mile (maybe less) down the road so we stocked up on groceries during our stay. Vista Cay is close to everything and was a great home base for all our activities. The view from the balcony was beautiful and I still think about it now lol. The beds were comfortable, the apt was big enough so that we weren’t on top of each other. The bathrooms were huge! Check jn was a breeze. The only thing I might suggest is that the management company maybe throw in a few pool noodles and or swimmies in the closet for guests to use. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we hope to be back.

We had a good experience, the unit had great views, and was very clean. However, the and dryer were broken, and after reporting the issue, the management company never addressed the issue or even followed up. We had to unfortunately dry our clothes on the balcony the rest of the week. Ugh!

The rental unit was amazing! The decor, cleanliness and overall location was beautiful! My husband and teens could not thank me enough for finding this gem! Do not hesitate in renting this unit. It had all the amenities we needed and my teens had fun at the on-site pool. We stayed to go to Universal and Disney. Less than a 10 minute drive to Universal and about a 20 minute drive to Disney. If we are ever back in Orlando, we will definitely rent this unit, if available. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My family of three loved this beautifully renovated condo that is close to everything! We were minutes from Universal Studios, Top Golf, Shingle Creek golf course, grocery store, dining, etc! The condo itself was perfect for my husband, 15 year-old son and me. It was immaculate and we felt right at home. We were so busy at the park and with golf that we didn’t get to use the pool, but the location of the condo was very close to it. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to others!

This property was perfect for us. It was extremely clean. We loved the view from the balcony - overlooking the lake. We walked out the door and were on the 2 mile trail that went around the lake. I was delighted with all the interesting birds. It was like a wild life sanctuary. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms huge. There were hangers in the closet (some places don’t have them). The pool was nice and warm and the spa was wonderful to soak in. There were restaurants and stores all around us and easy access to the thruway. This was a really great place to stay. Instacart and Amazon deliver here so very convenient.
