About this apartment rental

Are you looking for a quiet place to relax and get away? If so, you will enjoy our two bedroom two bathroom condo in the beautiful neighborhood of Sea Trail. We are 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and 3.5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. There is a large spacious living room/dining room combination with a desk area in the main part of the condo. The unit has a large screened in porch overlooking one of three golf courses in the community. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside of the unit is a pool just for the owners and visitors of The Champions subdivision with a grill and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and common areas to walk your dog. Grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. A new restaurant has opened, Bistro 55, in the Convention Center which is walking distance from our condo. Our unit is pet friendly with a fee.

Loved the condo. It was close to everything. Tropical Storm Debby wrecked havoc on our vacation but we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of days and were close to great seafood restaurants and others. Would highly recommend this condo.

The property was just like the pictures. The owner did not have check in instructions on time. Has a list of to do's before you leave and was not satisfied over a dryer lint trap, one smudged mirror with no glass cleaner, and two small trash cans; plus one bedroom trash can not being emptied while not providing trash bags.

Family Tides is awesome. Clean, attractive, up to date…we spent almost a month….perfect for us to reconnect with former neighbors and friends. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, parks…we had our pup with us and we enjoyed walks on beach and the parks… Hated to leave but plan to return at some point. Thank you Family Tides…we have some great memories to carry with us.

We really enjoyed the Family Tides condo. It was the perfect size for our family. It is a few minutes drive to the beach, and the pool is just across the parking lot. It is located near everything. Resturants and shopping are a few miles away. Had a great time and will be looking to book again.

Unit was as described, clean and spacious. Our dog found the toy box within the first 15 seconds and was very happy! Location in Sea Trails is quiet and convenient for travel around the area. Host Lisa was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

We moved in at check in time. I put all my food in fridge and freezer. I realized there was sand on the counter , things were not clean. I went into the bedroom and none of the beds were made. All the linens and towels were in the tub. I messaged the owner and told her we moved in and nothing was cleaned and beds were not made. She said the unit was empty for 4 days she was surprised they hadn’t cleaned. She called them and told me they were on there way over to make up the beds. I said ok we are gonna leave while they clean. We got the ok to go back everything was ready she said. I opened the fridge and all my food was gone, over 200 dollars worth of food. It was all brand new unopened food. All our suitcases and bags were in the home. When I told the owner she said, you shouldn’t have left the food in the fridge. She shouldn’t have told us to check into a dirty home. After much aggravation and a horrible start to our vacation, she said you can leave if you want but you’ll only ge 1 nights stay returned to you. I stayed and got 1night refund after asking a few times. Didn’t even cover all the food I lost. The cleaning lady returned 5 of the items, the least expensive ones. Butter,mustard,sour cream,hot dogs.

This was a great property. Convenient to the beach, town and fun. The condo was very nice and well decorated. Highly recommended! We only stayed a couple of nights but this property is great if you need all the amenities for a longer stay! Lisa was great to work with as our stay was very last minute!
