Enter this upper unit of this duplex and you will find yourself in a corner ocean view great room with slider access to the ocean front balcony. From comfortable cluster seating in the living area you can watch the large TV with the ocean view in the background.

The great room also has a separate ocean view dining bar with stools and there is also a dining table in the middle of the well-furnished modern kitchen that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. Everyone can easily eat together here. Just add the food and the camaraderie and you are all set.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

From the moment we walked in the door we were fighting tons of flies!! It was so gross and annoying becuz the second we put any food out they were landing on it. The floors were so dirty within a few minutes our feet were black. There were not enough fans provided in the house to make it comfortable enough to be in the house during the day(several of the fans didn’t work and need to be thrown away) The dishwasher did not work and smelled really bad. Like all the reviews we agree the bathrooms desperately needs updated. The only good thing about the home was the views and location. I have never left a bad review but wow it was a very disappointing family trip.

Location location location - right on the beach - amazing beach for young kids - they could use body boards or just jump the waves. They searched for sand crabs or built sand castles. Wonderful. House was comfortable and clean - had WiFi and tvs in all 5 bedrooms. We could fit our full sized van in the garage space. Extra parking was not hard to find. Admittedly the bathrooms could use updating - but all 3 functioned fine. The open floor plan and expanse of windows allowed for great views of the beach. We will be back again for sure!

This home was amazing being right on the beach. The upper units views are beautiful, windows all the way across the beach side. With such easy access to the beach, our kids could run in and out any time with ease and we could see them. Such a fun place to visit and would definitely return.

Location, Location, Location ! - bring your utensils (plastic) and you may have to buy real knives if you plan to cook anything - the ones in house are so dull we had to buy one.

This was our second time renting this unit with a couple years in between. I would have to say my expectations were in line this year and I was even pleasantly surprised by a few improvements to the furnishings. You are staying here for the location! We needed five bedrooms and this was great. I also love the main room which has great views and ample seating for dinners and games. I inquired about the trip and was told there was no BBQ. We hauled our Traeger down only to see a BBQ on the patio when we pulled up. Yes, that was a great surprise but I wish we knew. I was also told they didn't have beach towels but found those in the hall closet mid-week. There is a good supply of pots and pans, even dishes. Compared to some houses we stayed, it is old but I chose not to focus on the bathrooms or anything else. We had the best family trip and stayed outside all day.

We had a memorial at sea planned and wanted a place for our out of state family to stay as close to the beach as possible. This unit was perfect. It's literally 10 steps to the sand. It's spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms for 10 people and the communal space was the perfect size for late night chats. While I think some things could be updated a bit, the overall experience was absolutely lovely especially so close to the water. We had an excellent experience and would stay here again.

Location was great. Liked not having to worry about parking since we were able to park in the garage, that was a big plus. Beds were very comfortable and all the applicances worked.
