Welcome to Seattle! This lovely townhouse is the perfect spot to stage a first-class exploration of the city, the mountains, and the water, not to mention your vacation home sports views of the mentioned too. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood, ride light rail, or stroll out into nature - you are close to it all on Capitol Hill. The home features a mix of furniture and art from local shops while the mattresses are from Tuft and Needle, as well as Novaform, so the homey ambience you crave is ever-present. The dresser, closet, and walk-in closet provide all the space you'll need for your clothing and belongings, so feel free to store them there. The roof is magical at any time of day. Read a book or work from home in the upstairs bedroom, also known as "the Cloud Room." The top and bottom levels are separated by the living room/kitchen level. Speaking of which, the kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee grinder, blender, toaster, and French press. The TV offers Disney+ and Hulu for entertainment. This home is perfect for anyone who enjoys traveling together but also wants a quiet space to unwind. Play some of the provided board games together or lounge on the outdoor furniture.
To many, Capitol Hill is the heart of the city, and everyone comes together here. Walk to the Pike/Pine corridor for a meal at one of the dozens of restaurants or to Volunteer Park for a wander in the woods. You can head over to Broadway for a coffee, or choose to take the light rail downtown to explore Pike Place Market or catch a ferry - it is all just minutes away from the home. You'll be three blocks from the light rail - a quick ride to the University of Washington, Seatac Airport, or downtown Seattle. Seattle University is a 15-minute walk from our home.

We had a beautiful view of the sound and downtown from the private rooftop deck. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house was in a very popular, late-night neighborhood. Also, we took Ubers, Lyfts, and light rail to get around. It was a bit too far (and too hilly) to walk many places. Not a problem for us, but you can use that for planning purposes.

This was a very comfortable stay for two couples. It was beautiful and clean and close to many restaurants and shops. The only thing holding me back from giving this property five stars, was our check in experience. More communication around when codes will be given, and prompt responses when the renter is actually standing at the door, would go a long way. We also had a fire alarm battery die on us in the middle of the night, and looking back on comments, I noticed that someone else also had this problem.
If these problems are dealt with, I would highly suggest staying here.

This place is very convenient to all of Seattle. The view from the roof top deck is amazing. There are a lot of stairs to get to the view but, worth it. Bedroom and bath on ground floor for those of us who might be tired from walking around the city all day. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again
4.6
Great location, fabulous rooftop views, clean and easy check in. We had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, AC, and with a three-story home, you will definitely get your steps in!
4.6
We enjoyed our stay. good location. close to light rail. love the rooftop deck.

The house was bright, clean, and well stocked for the weekend! There was no coffee or snacks as left in the note, but Safeway is less than a 2 minute walk up the hill. Great location to get to downtown Seattle easily, even by electric scooter within 15 minutes. I enjoyed the separation between the rooms but these stairs are not for the faint of heart but my father in law, with his bad hip, was able to get up and down with the support of the secure railings. The jaunt up the stairs is well worth it when you can spend your mornings looking out at the Seattle skyline, Space Needle and the beautiful mountains. 10/10 would stay here again!

We came to see our daughter perform in the 20th anniversary of Moisture Festival. The town house is close to venues on Broadway, Cal Anderson and Volunteer Park, lots of food options. There are lots of windows and there was a nesting pair of chickadees in the top of the telephone pole out the living room window. Great views from the rooftop terrace!
4.6
Close to Grocery Store, Bus Stops and train station. Great rooftop view of downtown. This is a multi-level home with lots of stairs.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating and all the amenities were as described or better. I would recommend using the ORCA light rail from the airport and around town and skipping having a car. Parking on the street was an ongoing
4.6
Lots of room with plenty of amenities. Check in didn't include door code and I had to contact the manager to get it, but overall a good experience.

We loved our stay here! Great place and very well situated and stocked! Our only complaint is that the traffic is very, very loud at night. Other than that the place is fantastic!
4.6
Despite the road being a bit noisy when windows are open at night, this place was absolutely amazing. Fantastic location too
4.6
Great location in Cap Hill! Very walkable and right off the train line.
4.6
Clean, tidy and nicely furnished. Ideally located for the local shops and restaurants. Easy transport links to the rest of Seattle.

The communication with Daniel, our Vacasa host, was great - he was friendly, professional, and helpful.
He met us when we arrived at 4pm and let us know housekeeping had run behind on the cleaning. He said we’d need to wait for the dryer to finish for clean pillow cases. We understand things beyond someone’s control happen so initially we were fine with this.
After waiting for the dryer cycle to finish we found it was jammed so full with the previous stay’s laundry that we had to split out the pillow cases we needed in order to have them dried for the night. We had to split the rest of the laundry into two loads to dry it so it wouldn’t get stinky. Neither of the beds were properly made. Towels were missing from the bathrooms, dishwasher was not unpacked, debris from the previous guests left on the stairs and floors. The shower drain upstairs backs up and makes a deep puddle in the shower base. There was a matt of hair floating around in it that wasn’t from us. Gross.
The home was not cleaned so we did not have an enjoyable stay and were uncomfortable the entire time.
Based on previous reviews we’re assuming this is not the norm for this location. We tried several times to contact Vacasa by phone and email so as not to negatively impact the host. The only response we got was to leave a review on Vrbo.
Our request for consideration of a partial refund, or any meaningful response from the host, has so far gone unanswered.

This location is excellent in a safe and clean neighborhood. The property itself is very clean and well-kept. I never received any kind of check-in code to get into the building and it took over a half an hour to find someone that could get that code to us. I understand this property is corporately managed, but it was a little short on supplies like Kleenex, coffee, filters, etc.

Great place. Well maintained and great location. Only small critique is the master bed is a bit uncomfortable/ lopsided in firmness
4.6
Amazing space !! As seen online.Incredible location we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The space was super comfortable , bright, cozy and the rooftop deck was lovely … great views . Lots of space for the teenagers to have their own space .Likevi said … location was amazing and could walk downtown and all over Capital Hill.
Will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately it took 3 hours to get checked into this place. Finally VBRO rep was able to get code to unit. It was a hot day in Seattle after a long day of travel .I reached out to the contact to request a refund of their service with no response. Unit was nice service was non existent
4.6
Very centralized location. Light rail, restaurants, grocery all within a few blocks walking. 30 min walk to downtown. Spectacular views from the rooftop deck! The 2 beds are pretty good. I will be looking for this place on my next visit to Seattle.

Walking distance to everything in Capitol Hill. Great rooftop view!

Perfect location, beautiful house, incredible rooftop. Can't wait to stay again!

This rental was just as pictured. It was nicely furnaced and quiet despite being in the middle of Seattle. Easy walk to the train as well as ability to walk to major attractions (e.g space needle, Pike Place Market). Public paid parking was available a couple of blocks away. We had a problem with the washing machine and the property manager was on-site within an hour to address it.
4.6
As described, excellent communication

Property was just as listed! Communication with the host was easy and good!

Great location and wonderfully appointed kitchen and home. Best views of the city from the rooftop!

Loved this unit! Super clean, comfortable beds and amazing roof deck. Parking wasn’t particularly tricky; only had to circe the block a couple of times to find a space.

We had the most magnificent stay at this beautiful home in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Everything was first class, including the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and patio furniture set up on the roof top deck. Our host welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine, coffee/tea and snacks, which was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed sipping our drinks on the rooftop while enjoying the stunning view of the Seattle skyline. The view of the Space Needle was spectacular and even more beautiful while the sun was setting. We loved our stay and highly recommended this Capitol Hill gem!

Seattle was sweltering hot in this heat wave, but our air conditioners helped during our family girls trip. . Perfect location and space for the 3 of us. We toured the city by foot, light rail and Uber and loved the central location. Plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars within walking distance. While there are MANY stairs in the townhouse, we managed fine. We particularly liked the rooftop patio. In the evenings. While I was frustrated with the corporate Vacasa (no help on phone as it’s not a local number), once we checked in, the local property manager, Eileen, was super responsive!
4.6
By most marks, this was an amazing space and location. Very clean, super comfortable beds, awesome rooftop deck with stunning views. But we had several issues come up that we struggled to resolve because the local property manager never responded to our calls or text messages. We tried to resolve some of these issues through Vacasa, a regionally based firm that must subcontract w/ VRBO to manage this listing, but they seemed to be constrained in the help they could offer, perhaps because of challenges accessing someone on the ground as well. First, the listing says that there is free parking on the street -- but parking is limited to two hours if you do not have a residential parking permit. After some back and forth with Vacasa, they said they would cover the cost if we were ticketed. But we were concerned about getting towed and figuring out the logistics of reimbursement, so we opted to just schedule our activities around the two-hour period. Second, the glass coffee pot was broken, so we couldn't use the coffeemaker. Luckily local coffee shops abound, but we would have much preferred to enjoy a couple cups of coffee before setting out. Third, the fire alarms kept randomly going off one morning without any apparent cause. Every alarm in the unit would go off, usually for 15-30 seconds, before shutting off again. This happened 4 or 5 times at random intervals before we decided just to leave the unit for the day. When we called Vacasa, they suggested one of the alarms might have an expired battery, but there were several alarms in the unit, all out of reach, and all going off. They said they could try to get someone out there but didn't express much urgency or certainty about when the situation would be fixed. We didn't have a flexible schedule that day -- we were visiting a friend who had limited availability around her husband's cancer treatment at the hospital nearby -- so we told Vacasa we'd call back that afternoon. Fortunately when we returned to the unit later, the alarms were no longer going off, so we decided to take our chances rather than try to troubleshoot with Vacasa again. Our bet paid off, but hopefully it's something that gets addressed before the next renters arrive.

This is a super clean 3 story townhome with a rooftop and a great view. Walking distance to many places on Capitol Hill. It does not come with parking which is a drawback if you have a car as we had to often park 2-3 blocks away after circling a bit and it is zoned for 2 hours. The house only offers streaming with the television so be prepared. Overall a lovely experience.

Had an excellent one-week stay here! The townhouse was clean and well-organized when I arrived. It is nicely decorated and feels spacious yet cozy at the same time. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms), an open-plan living room (with a futon)/dining room/kitchen, spread out over 3 floors. The common areas, including the kitchen, are on the second floor. You also have access to a private rooftop deck with amazing views of the city, Space Needle, and Olympic mountains!
The kitchen had all the essentials that I needed to cook and make tea/coffee. Both bedrooms are a nice size. I found myself working from the standing desk in the third-floor bedroom a lot in the mornings as it offers a great view of the city, but there is also a nice view from the couch in the living room. The bathrooms were well-stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer. I liked the products as they seemed to be high quality and smelled nice. I am a sucker for great water pressure in the shower and this place definitely delivered.
The house is in a great location and is very walkable. There are tons of restaurants and cafes within an easy 5-10-minute walk to Broadway, 15th Ave., or Pike/Pine. While I was walking around Broadway I saw a Rite-Aid, some banks, and QFC (grocery store). On the day I felt like cooking, I actually went to Safeway, another grocery store, which was only about a block away. On my walks around the neighborhood, I noticed a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, all about 15-minute walks). There is no shortage of good food and coffee options!
I had a great stay and definitely would stay here again on my own or with friends and family!
