Raised two-story layout offers wrap-around porch on the first floor and screened porch on the top floor providing great outdoor living with ocean views over low sand dunes. Porches are comfortably appointed with ceiling fans, rockers and the quintessential rope hammock.
Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Open concept kitchen boasts breakfast bar built for eight. Sitting areas with TV up and down. First floor sitting area additionally boasts a wet bar and mini fridge.
Outdoor amenities include private fenced pool, outdoor lounge area, gas grill, outdoor shower and covered parking. Direct beach access via the nearby footpath is only steps away. Creek access is only steps away at the end of the shared driveway.

BEACH GEAR: Receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayK Gear! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.
POOL: The 30’ x 15’ in-ground pool with cobblestone patio surround offers 3’ shallow end, 5’ deep end and 8’ x 10’ tanning ledge. Heating is available for an additional fee and only when outdoor temperature holds above 67 degrees. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.
MAIN (top) FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 full baths with walk-in showers, kitchen w/breakfast bar for 8, dining area w/table for 8, living room opens out to screened porch with ocean view.
FIRST FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN & 1 BUNK (2 singles), 2 BUNKS (4 singles), 2 full baths, TV den w/wet bar and mini-fridge, laundry room, wrap-around porch.
GROUND FLOOR: Enclosed outdoor shower, covered lounge area and private parking.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-2 (smart TV, full cable package), stereo, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, wet bar, mini-fridge, ceiling fans, laundry room, pack-n-play, enclosed H/C outdoor shower, wrap-around porch, screened porch, porch rocking chairs, gas grill, corn hole game set, covered parking, hammock, direct beach access via footpath along fence, private pool, fenced yard, creek access at end of driveway.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
BEACH ACCESS: Myrtle Lodge guests must use the footpath that follows along the fence for beach access.
PAWLEYS ISLAND: Generations of vacationing families, originally drawn by the rejuvenating sea air, now find the signature charm and casual character of the island just as alluring. The wide, soft-sand beaches and the saltmarshes threaded with winding creeks and thrumming with the activity of coastal wildlife, provide endless enjoyment for photographers, boaters and fishers alike. Precious porch time, held most dear at dawn and dusk, promises a lifetime of memories.
