Its incredibly modern and entirely updated renovations provide all you’ll need to relax and create your home away from home. A large luxurious shower is available for you to freshen up with eco friendly hotel sized toiletries for you to enjoy so you don’t have to bring yours. When you're done for the day chill out under the BIG ASS FAN (actual brand name) in the bedroom on a high quality mattress and enjoy your favorite shows and/or sports on the Roku TV. When you wake up in the morning let that first sip of coffee we have provided warm your soul and if you so choose make some breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.

Street parking along 1st Ave North or the historic cobblestone Morris Avenue (free after 5pm Mon-Fri and weekends). Secure paid parking lot on Morris Avenue and 23rd St North ($4/hr, $40/day).
From there you can experience some of the best restaurants, stores and nightlife Birmingham has to offer without ever cranking your car again.

Overall a good visit. The unit is a good home base for exploring Birmingham and there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The very comfortable bed was appreciated each evening. The unit needs new towels and bedspread, a few more coffee cups, and a noise machine or fan. Luckily, we're both in good shape, so we were able to get up from the futon, but it's really pretty low to the floor for us retired folks. 😅 The owner is replacing the television in the living room today but it was out while we were there.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the condo was cute. The property manger was quick to respond to questions although we didn’t really need much bc it had everything we needed. Would certainly choose this location again.

Arrived at the location building was nice and clean condo. was nice as well but the furniture was a lil down upgrade and cheap everything was good til I went to bed As I was sleeping the bed fall down Falling out of bed waking me up I’ve reached out to the manager about this and have yet to receive a response

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo in a beautiful, renovated building in the historic downtown. Easy walking distance to amazing restaurants. Condo was clean and the property manager, Charles, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

I liked this condo. It was nice, pretty clean and accessible. The parking was a little bit confusing but if you park on the side street, it’s all good. The first couple of days we arrived, the elevator was broken so that was not great. One of the residents informed us of the broken elevator. But other than that, it was pretty good. Would I go back? Sure. I would. :)

My husband and I stayed here to attend a concert at the BJCC and DEFINITELY would do so again! It was about a mile walk to the arena, in case you’re considering that, an UBER or driving your own car over. The condo was very modern, nice and clean! Also, the host sends you very detailed information on your stay and it was easy to get in and out of this location. Thank you!

I LOVED this place! It had everything you needed for a short stay or an extended stay. The space is new and modern, with top appliances and a washer/dryer. We just loved the decor and overall vibe. PLUS, it’s in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Our only wish was that the bed was a bit larger, but I think that’s more of a personal issue; my husband is 6’5”, 290lbs so a queen size bed is a bit snug for us, but that still wouldn’t stop us from booking this lovely place again! The host was very kind, accommodating, and responds quickly. We will definitely be booking this spot again in the future!
