About this apartment rental

This new luxurious upper floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the shrimp trawlers making their way out to sea. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 8 people, with King or Queen-size beds in each of the three bedrooms, a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room with 3-1/2 bathrooms.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family friendly activities, dining and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to Taxi's, Uber and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

Very large condo with 3 bed/ 3.5 bath. Enough space to bring my parents along with my family. The resort provides everything you need for the beach (chairs, towel's, umbrella's and even a noodle to float) We had an amazing view of the beach with nightly sunsets from the balcony. We will be back for sure. Oh and this place would be great for 3 couple's long friends weekend

Our condo was one of the best we've had anywhere & we've been to almost all southern beaches. We were there for a family wedding, and were so pleased with the Avalon. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. that we could check out at the desk was a real plus. The parking garage had plenty of spaces for us. The Avalon was in walking distance of restaurants, beach shops & other stores plus there was the trolley. The only problem: we typically do a bit of cooking. The kitchen was VERY poorly stocked--just a couple of skillets & a casserole dish. One of the VERY nice ladies at the desk brought us a large pot from her home so we could do a shrimp boil. We will definitely stay there again when in Clearwater.

Room has a great view and easily accommodates 6 people - enough privacy with 3-1/2 baths. The room was very clean, no concerns. The facility itself - very clean as well. The staff made the in/out process easy and were helpful with the facility features and policies. Parking is adequate and we had no issues in using the public overnight parking, it is well lit and conveniently located. We were a large party with multiple vehicles. This stay exceeded my expectations.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was completely booked when we stayed but we still were able to get a great parking spot and got to use the beach umbrellas and chairs and they even had beach toys for my niece to play with! I do wish I had realized that the booking we stayed in was on the 5th floor level right next to the pool and bar area. Noise was not an issue, however, I didn't even open the curtains to the window in the room I was staying in because people could see in - not so much during the day, but definitely as it got darker. So that was a bummer. BUT the views from the other two rooms were amazing. It was super clean and smelled nice as well. Not stuffy like some places on the beach can be. The AC worked great! Would definitely stay again with my family!

The Avalon has a wonderful location. It’s on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach. Great location with easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores around within easy walking distance. Great pool on the fifth floor that also has a small bar that provides drinks and pizza has a convenient workout room. The staff is very accommodating and provides beach towels and beach equipment. overall great place to stay.

We had a great time staying at the Avalon. Great location right on the beach. Nice pool area. Although the pool could be a little bit bigger and include a hot tub. Walking distance to plenty of nice bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to Philly spring training games. Overall great place to stay.

Amazing views, pristine property, convenient location! Everton in our family enjoyed our time. Only suggestion would be to improve the couch- not one of us could sit on it without a backache within a half hour…..even some toss pillows would help! But hopefully if you’re staying at this property you are not sitting on the couch much!

It was a great experience with great amenities. I don't have any complaints. The condo itself looked better in person than the pictures. The only odd thing was one of the outside areas where others could sit had a view into the condos bedrooms. It was a little different but also increased the outside space we had. All in all great experience, and we would stay there again!
