Lighthouse View is a gated townhouse community located bayfront a short distance to the ocean and Fenwick Island. Enjoy the outdoor community pool. Enjoy the views and watersports the bay has to offer. Dock and slips for non-motorized watercraft only. Can be used for kayaks, crabbing and fishing. Convenient to shops, restaurants and neighboring Ocean City, MD. No pets please.
Enjoy the views from one of the three balconies of this bayfront four bedroom, three and a half bathroom modern and spacious townhome. Conveniently located to shopping and the beach in Fenwick Island. Lighthouse View is a gated community with an outdoor swimming pool.
NO SMOKING. BOAT DOCK/SLIP #3 FOR NON-MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT ONLY. PLEASE ADHERE TO WEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS POSTED ON TOP BUNK OF THE BUNK BED IN THE 4TH BEDROOM. OWNER REQUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT. PEACE OF MIND DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GATED PART OF COMMUNITY. GATE CODE PROVIDED AT CHECKIN.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- TV in all rooms except the main master room and almost nothing interresting to watch (very basic cable plans)
- Old TVs (not smart TV) if you want to stream a movie for a movie night
