PRIVATE OUTDOOR POOL/HOT TUB, propane grill, extra-large trampoline, and foosball for your fun in the sun!
Roughly 5,000 square foot home situation on 2 acres with outdoor pool in backyard.

5 bedrooms (1 downstairs master and 4 upstairs) including 10 beds + Smart TVs, 3.5 restrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with LoveSac couch. Pool table available upstairs.

Guests may access the garage where pool toys/floats, outdoors games (cornhole + giant Jenga) are available for use. Garage is not available for parking, but you may park in front of our large private driveway in front of our garage.
Newly added HOT TUB in winter of 2021. Basic 5-6 guest hot tub in the backyard to keep you warm on the cold nights.
We hope y'all enjoy your stay at Heron's Landing! We're honored and excited to have the opportunity to host your stay.
Please park in front of the garage and do not block the circle driveway during business hours because neighbors/drivers use our driveway to turnaround on Spring Meadow Dr.
Please no loud noises between 10pm and 10am to abide by Texas regulations and respect our neighbors.
No Weddings - We're excited and happy for your special day! However, we recommend you book with a local wedding venue such as Grand Oaks that can better accommodate requests for your event.
