Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and optional activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building. This oceanfront condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a balcony with an ocean view.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. **Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four and older to use their amenities. This fee varies by time of year.

Parking
Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
