Only stayed one night but it was great! As long as you can handle stairs up/down to access the property, it is great for couples.

Our stay was comfortable in this cozy little place. We were there for our son’s graduation from Hillsdale. Close & convenient. Good communication from owner.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay and the charm of the surrounding area. It was convenient for our visit to Hillsdale College, and the neighborhood in Jonesville had a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and there were lots of seating areas to enjoy a good book or keep up with work from my laptop.

This upstairs apartment is thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. The location is convenient for access to local business and a short, easy drive to Hillsdale College. The owner is considerate. I would stay again.

We have stayed here several times and love the location. It’s closer to Hillsdale College than staying in Coldwater, and it’s pet friendly. We prefer this apartment with all the conveniences over a small hotel room. Our daughter and her college friends will come and visit with us, and there is plenty of room for that. We have noticed an upgrade to the bed, complete with an adjustable frame and massage feature. Love it! We sleep with our heads elevated at home, so this was nice to have. Bottled waters and packages of microwaveable popcorn were in the fridge, which was nice. There is a Keurig with Kcups, and though we didn’t use it, it’s nice that it’s available. Highly recommend!

It has everything you need for a stay and an extended stay. It's a cute little place and I'd stay there again. It's right off the main street and you can walk to anywhere in the down town area. The dogs loved it and we had a great view of the fall colors and a big beautiful church next door. The only drawback is the stairs, expected in an old structure. Don't bring a wide suit case.

Very cute and clean place. We had a little snafu with check in but the owner was great about figuring it out. Great location, right on Main Street easy walking to restaurants and bars. About 4 miles from Hillsdale College. Very well stocked.

My wife and I were in town for an event and the location was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and the popcorn is a nice touch :)

Nice place to stay.

Lots of nice touches (water, microwave popcorn, extra towels, etc.) unfortunately, we are hypersensitive to fragrances. Because there was a strong Febreeze aroma, we chose to just drive home rather than spend the night.

Very clean, older building. Owner messaged right at 4pm with codes to get in. It is on a busier corner of town, so some traffic noise, but it's also on the local polices routine patrol so it is very safe. Local family restaurant "Spangler's" is AMAZING as well.

The apartment is in an old building and fills the entire upstairs. The interior stairway is narrow and steep, but passable. The owner put a lot of effort into refurbishing and decorating the apartment to create a cozy, comfortable and unique place. We only stayed one short night, so never used the kitchen or shower, though they looked OK. It was a nice alternative from the "vanilla" hotel stays. I would definitely stay there again!

Such a great little apartment in a great little town! We were amazed to learn our dogs were welcome downtown at the Ramshackle Brewery, of all places! That was just one of the very memorable times we had in Jonesville. We'll be back, and we know just where we'll stay!

This is a fun little apartment in downtown Jonesville. It’s above a dog groomer on a relatively busy corner, which is a bit noisy, maybe, but very convenient to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops—and of course, Hillsdale College. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again!

This is our go-to apartment when we visit Hillsdale College. It’s so convenient, less than ten minutes from our daughter’s dorm. Great restaurants around the corner, like Olivia’s ( their BLT soup Is so good!), Saucy Dogs, and Jilly Beans, Too. Communication is always very prompt. Thanks for another great stay!

We love staying here! We had trouble finding a nearby place to stay when we come to visit our daughter at Hillsdale college. This place is perfect! It’s so close with the added benefit of a full kitchen and plenty of room for our daughter to come and hang out for a visit. Linda was so sweet and even added an iron and ironing board when I had asked for one on our first visit. So accommodating! We have already booked for our next stay and call this our “Hillsdale Apartment.” Jilly’s Too and a bakery are within walking distance, just across the parking lot and street. Highly recommend Jilly’s Too. Love their coffee and food! Thanks, Linda, for another great stay!

We really lucked out when we found this new pet-friendly listing for Hillsdale College's Parents Weekend! We really thought it must be too good to be true, but it wasn't! It is pet-friendly, is a whole apartment rather than just a hotel. and it's about 8 minutes from campus! I hate to give it such good reviews because I know once the word is out, this place will be difficult to rent when there are Hillsdale functions. :-) Since it is above a pet grooming business, it's perfect with the little fenced in area for pets and the back stairway from the bedroom that leads to the fenced in area. It is an upstairs unit, so be aware if climbing stairs is an issue. Linda was wonderful with communicating promptly. Be sure to bring your own iron if needed. That was the only surprise. Usually, VRBOs provide an iron and board. Also, we were told the AC is scheduled to be installed in late October, so though there is another review about no AC, you may want to inquire to see if it has been installed. This will be our "Hillsdale Apartment" for future visits to the college. It was big enough that we were able to have my daughter, her boyfriend, and his mother come over for a visit with plenty of room. Thanks, Linda!

The apartment is above a business and near a corner - so there is a little bit of traffic noise - but the fact that it is so close to good restaurants and such a short drive to Hillsdale that I'd definitely stay there again. The apartment has a nice living area, good sized kitchen and very comfortable bed.
