Recently renovated and fully furnished throughout, this private five bedroom home provides over 3,600 square feet of extraordinary comfort and amenities to create the perfect Las Vegas getaway. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, relax in the poolside lounge or unwind from a day full of activities with a soak in the hot tub.

The grand entry to the home opens to an inviting open living room, formal dining area, pool table area and gourmet kitchen. Upgraded amenities throughout including a fully stocked kitchen, large island, top of the line appliances, counter height seating, mini bar area and walk-outs to private pool, hot tub and patio dining area.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings and all include Smart HDTVs. Home features two master bedrooms each with comfy futons providing additional sleeping space, private en suite bathrooms with steam shower, Smart HDTVs and private pool walk-out access in the first master bedroom.

Spacious open concept living room with large comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, pool table, two rollaway beds for additional sleeping options, walk-outs to private pool, hot tub, patio with outdoor dining table, yard games, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking in the garage or driveway and keyless access.

*Depending on ambient temperatures the hot tub may take 24 hours to heat up.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Other things to note
If you would like to use the hot tub during your stay please be sure to let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival and we will send you a payment request for the additional hot tub cleaning and heating cost ($25/day). Please note that payment must be completed prior to check-in.

We stayed 4 nights and couldn't ask for a better place. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to cook. The outdoor area is beautiful. The pool was still too cold but we enjoyed the hot tub. The layout of the house is great and the fact there are 5 bedrooms was a plus. Conveniently located and very quiet neighborhood. Love that there are TVs in every room so that once the day ended, everyone could retreat to their private space. Would definitely stay again. Host was immediately available for any questions or concerns. What also impressed me is that we arrived much earlier than check in time and were able to accommodate us. Thanks so much for all your attention.

The house was disgusting (big brown cockroach in the kitchen, many very dirty dishes in the cupboards, the pool was extremely dirty) and that is not the worst part. The worst part was to use the hot tub they have to turn on the heat to get the water warm. To heat the water, they charge $25 per day to be paid 2 days in advance so they could turn it on to heat it up in before we got there. Without paying the fee, the hot tub is useless so we paid $75 for 3 days, in advance so they could heat up the hot tub for us. When we arrived, the hot tub was cold. I contacted the host right away and they sent a sarcastic note asking if I know how to read instructions on how to turn on the hot tub that they had in their directions for the house. I replied I had turned it on but the water is still cold. I asked how long does it take to get warm. They said 24 hours, not seeming to understand how idiotic that was. The following day, the hot tub turned off on its own because they have it on a timer, so the water went cold again and was going to take another 24 hours to hear up. The same thing happened the next day so we couldn't use the hot tub. They knew this and didn't offer a refund. I asked for one and they said they would review my request. After a week with no refund, I contacted them and they said they were still reviewing it. I had to contact VRBO to contact them to get the refund. It took three weeks. Worst host ever!

We rented a house this year for our annual CES work trip and couldn't have been happier with the house and the host! The house was fantastic and about 15 minutes from wherever we needed to get on the strip. Overall, the house was fantastic. Great kitchen, and living area, and the bedrooms were perfect with very comfortable beds!! It was too cold for us to really enjoy the outdoor area, but the outside area looked awesome. Just too cold in Jan to try and use. Would highly recommend this property and the owner.

Our team spent the week here as our home away from home for a large trade show. It couldn’t have been better!!! Making meals in the amazing kitchen, enjoying the outdoor spa and grill, and retreating to our rooms to rest !
