Perfect spot to host a large gathering. Board Games, Yard Games, Video Games, and a Movie Room! 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Your hosts are only minutes away if you need anything or have questions. High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and 2 vintage arcade games are provided. Hablo español.

The Space:
The thing you will love about this home is that there are so many living areas. The house can feel private enough, even with a large group. There is a swing set in the backyard which you can use.

Guest Access:
You can park in the driveway or on the right side of the house. There is room for 3 cars to park without blocking each other, or 6 cars if you make two rows without using the street.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood features a quiet atmosphere with huge pine trees.

Great for the kids’ kids with their fenced yard while having enough space for alll. Great central spot but is in a quiet neighborhood. Great place overall!

The bedrooms were all spacious and spread out. Kids were able to play downstairs with the unexpected heat and had plenty of options for board games. Corn hole and soccer was also fun for all the kids. AC units kept the upstairs cool. Basement was a little warm but 100 degrees isn’t normal. Would strongly recommend this house for multiple families and for kids of all ages.

We loved this house for our overnight stay in Couer d’ Alene. It accommodated the needs of our family perfectly. There were more than enough comfortable beds for everyone and the property was very family friendly. The owners seemed to have families in mind when they set up this home which I was so grateful for. The movie references all over the house was so fun. We loved the board games and the box of soccer balls in the back yard provided tons of fun for us all. And the arcade games were a hit. This house was one of our favorite rentals and will be at the top of our list for future stays.

We had 15 family members ranging in age from 7-Senior Citizen staying at the house. There was plenty of room and it accommodated everyone well. Enough space for teens to have privacy, and for the parents to be able to keep an eye on the younger ones. The large backyard with swing set and soccer balls/nets was a huge bonus!

The house had plenty of space for 10 of us. We used Almost every bed. We love the spacious couch and TV in the basement. We also enjoyed the board games and the upside games. Big house and great location.

We were in town for a quick visit to attend a 50th wedding anniversary for our Aunt and Uncle. We had several family members attending so this house was perfect for all of us to stay together and enjoy family time!!

Great space for groups or large families. We are a group home for teen boys and this place was perfect for us. Only thing we had any complaint about was that contrary to what the check in video claims, the only steaming service provided was Netflix. Other than this small amenity this space was great!

We love this house! It is our 3rd stay. Last year we stayed twice. The owner was quick to respond and saved my butt as I accidentally deleted the checkin in instructions (while we were at Silverwood) and I was having a heck of a time on finding the door code for checkin via the VRBO website. Owner answered the call and we were in the house fast. The video games awesome. Plenty of beds for everyone. Backyard lovely. Our littles really like the play structure out back as well.

It was unsafe for night of July 4th with adults and teens across the street doing fireworks on street that hit my car, and the front yard of house we were staying at. With the awful fires we have had in the recent past this was awful and extremely dangerous. The house was OK but was not impressed with weeds in back yard.

We had a small group of 8th grade graduates on a graduation trip with chapwrones. This property was perfecr. Had beds to accommodate chapero es and the kids. 3 baths was fantastic. Property manager was easy to commuicate with. Spacious yard for playing kickball in the evening, made smores in the fire pit. The home is centrally located minutes to silverwood, tripletime, the lake, dining out, yet felt very private and on a quiet street! The kids even commented on how great the home was! Thank you!

We had great grampa, auntie and uncle, mom and dad, two preteen kids, and a small dog. First time to be able to visit together in a few years. The house was perfect! We all had plenty of room for both privacy and together time. The back yard is big, with nice grass, the kids loved the swingset and yard games, and we grilled a couple of times. Quiet neighborhood with big trees for shade, but close to everything and easy to get to. I can't say enough nice things. If you have a group and are looking for a place to accommodate you, stay here. It was most excellent!

This place is huge! Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone in our family of 12. Beds were comfy, modern bathrooms, and a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and coffee!! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family of 12. The pictures of bedrooms of the bedrooms don’t do it justice. It’s far more spacious than expected and gave us space to separate when desired. Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this home for large groups. The neighbour hood was lovely as well.

We hit the nail on the head, this place was perfect for our one week stay in CDA. We had a total of three families with 15 people that stayed in the home which suited us perfectly. Your host is very responsive and helpful. We had some abnormally warm temperatures and wanted more airflow in the basement so our host quickly bought new circulating fans and deliver them. What great Customer Service! The home is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that was nice to take evening walks in when we were able. 5 star stay!

This house was the perfect place for our family from all over the country to gather and helped contribute to a wondderful weekend. The number of beds (especially doubles) and configuration of rooms helped us accommodate five different groupings. The various gathering spots helped us spread out to chat and eat and we never felt cramped. Very stylish, clean, and comfortable with plenty of amenities for out-of-town travelers. We loved the games! Plenty of parking and the host was very responsive. Great place to stay for a large group visiting beautiful Coeur d-Alene. I would definitely book it again!

Room for everyone!

We loved the house and neighborhood. Very walkable and great yard for our grandkids to play in. The extra kitchen and three bathrooms made it possible for us to coexist comfortably. We found that strategically choosing bedrooms for the early-to-bedders was wise so that others could stay up and play games without bothering the sleepers. Such a great space and so thankful for it as a way for our family to gather.

The house was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. The small humorous touches around the house (pictures, light fixtures etc) had all of us laughing. I knew the owner and I could be friends. HAHA. We had a great time and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved all the games that were included. My family enjoyed playing corn hole! It had plenty of beds. It has extra toiletries Incase you forget your toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver and foam. Deoterants etc.Iit has two kitchens even though we only used one. It could use bigger pots and pans to cook for big families and more rods for hanging clothes in some of the bedrooms. Plenty of parking space. Nice neighborhood. Nice view of the mountains from back of house. Swings for children.. loved the house! Will definitely consider staying here again 😊
