We created a peaceful retreat for our family and friends to enjoy. It is with pleasure that we invite you to stay at our “piece of paradise” and fall in love with nature creating lasting memories for years to come. Villa Mia is a 3/2 modern island retreat with gorgeous wrap around balcony and beautiful 360 water views, spacious master bedroom with motorized room darkening, towel warming on both bathrooms, washer and dryer, large kitchen with top of the line appliances, TV’s in all rooms, High speed internet, large breezeway away with lounging and dining areas, all that on a quiet and safe residential neighborhood; the best in Tavernier Key. A top of the line home away from home.
* 75 ’dock on wide canal with fish cleaning station.
* Boat Lift available (Upon request) not included on daily rate
* Fully fenced in property except canal waterway side.
* Home Owners Park access with a boat ramp.
* 20 minutes from the World famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where
you will find world class diving, Kayaking and fishing on the largest barrier reef in
North America and other attractions like swim with dolphins.
* We include full use of two Kayaks, cooler, life vests and three beach cruiser bikes
with your rental. As well as a gas/ charcoal grills, first floor refrigerator, freezer for
your catch of the day, fish cleaning station, hammocks on our private breeze away
and last but not least our very famous swing bed with amazing bay views.
* Outdoor dining and living areas with gorgeous Bay views and plenty of wild life,
manatees, dolphins, pelicans etc.
* Enjoy our beautiful Florida sunset from a benched area just feet away or on a Kayak.
* Lots of restaurants nearby including MM88 with the best Key Lime pie in the keys.
* Work desk with dual monitor and printer available upon request.
Only 80 minutes from Miami and its famous beaches, this makes it a great location to enjoy the best of the Florida Keys, Everglades National Park, Homestead Racetrack and the beautiful Miami during your stay.
