Unique lake home with Italian lodge design features 5100 sq ft of marble, granite, natural stone and hardwood throughout. Builder spared no expense when creating this getaway! Vacation home has 7 bdrm 4 bath, extra large kitchen with 2 dishwashers and open concept. Entertainment room has air hockey, foosball, card table and 2 arcade machines for family fun. Rear of house has tons of floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful lake and nature views. Sunroom and rear deck provide sanctuary for quiet spaces to read and enjoy your vacation. Wildlife seen frequently on back of property include deer, fox and varieties birds. Home features 3 marble large walk-in showers as well as other luxury appointments. Land between the lakes park, nature trails and boat rentals nearby at Lake Barkley State Park Resort. Gas and charcoal barbeque grills available at property.

The property and house were excellent. Everyone loved the amenities (especially the game room) provided. The patio and yard were awesome. We saw deer every day go across the property. Plenty of room for all of us. I would highly recommend for large groups.

The house is great for a large group to gather and relax in. The game room is wonderful with plenty of arcade type games. Lots of board games also. The kids were very excited about the bunk bed area. Sadly they didn't sleep there as the beds are in a loft type area open to the great room below. It would be too noisy for them to sleep with the adults talking below. The kitchen is large and open to the great room. Lots of refrigerator space and the counter top ice maker was very useful. We were able to cook most of our meals there.
We were a bit disappointed that we didn't actually have a lake view as the trees block the view. We did use the kayaks but did not swim off the backyard as it was mucky. The dock area in the photos is not on property, it is down the street. We thought we could just go in & out of the lake easily but that was not the case.
Lots of deer and other animals. The area is nice and quiet with very friendly neighbors, thankfully. The lock box was empty & I didn't have cell service to reach the owner. Luckily a neighbor helped. It is about 20 minutes to town.
In all, we had a great vacation. The house was spacious enough for all of us (9 adults & 6 children). We could entertain ourselves in the house without annoying each other.

We liked the house. The pictures we saw when we rented showed a clear view of the lake. We could see the lake but not like the picture showed. Also, The slip for my friends boat was farther and not as easy to get to as we thought. David was very nice and answered any questions quickly. We are staying again so I guess that says we liked it.

This place was great for hosting my family reunion. David was very responsible. I hope the WiFi can be fixed as it was unreliable. I noticed there was a mesh network but that wasn’t set up. Other than that, the place was perfect!

This property worked really good for our family to get together for a few days. Everyone enjoyed the rec room! Kayaks were used by some as well.. kitchen was nice and big with plenty of counter space and cooking supplies.

My family of 10 came together from across the country to spend 4 days enjoying a relaxing reunion by the lake. We got just that! This home is spacious, beautiful and filled with every amenity a family could want. I don’t think the online photos do the house justice.
There are two refrigerators, a freezer, two dishwashers, a compact icemaker, a microwave, a bar with a mini-fridge in the greatroom, a bar and mini-fridge between downstairs bedrooms, a coffee bar, a large gameroom, fireplaces, grills...the list just goes on and on. There is something for everyone...young and old!
The home is situated in a quiet lakeside community with daily deer visits in the beautiful, scenic backyard. The large deck off the back has plenty of seating and is the perfect way to unwind or have morning coffee.
The only reason I took off a point is for cleanliness. Although everything looked neat and in-place, there were quite a few dusty surfaces around the house. A little dust however did not hamper our fun. We still had a relaxing, wonderful time!
The owner was very responsive and easy to work with!

Wonderful house with plenty of room and a fantastic location. Amenities were top-notch. Good communication. A friend from Canada left her phone at the house and the owner overnighted it to where she was staying in Illinois. Will definitely recommend this to friends!

We had a total of 16 people ranging in age from 8-82. My husband and I, our 4 children and their spouses, our 5 grandchildren, and my 82 yo father. This was our annual family Christmas. We have been doing this since our 14 year old grandsons first Christmas, and the consensus was that this was the best one yet! The house was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable, plenty of room to spread out, and the game room was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults! Will definitely stay again!

This was a great place to disconnect and spend quality time with family! The game room was great for the younger teens and there was plenty of room at the dining room table for all of us, making meals a wonderful time to reconnect.

We had a group of 12 guys (for a golf trip). We needed 2 air matresses to accommodate all with a bed, but that was not an issue at all. There is plenty of room in some of the bedrooms for an extra mattress. The house was excellent. It's beautiful and has plenty of room for people to spread out. Having the games and other activities was very nice. It worked perfectly for our group. The only downside (which was explained to us in advance) is that there is no dock access from the property. As they explained, you can get in the lake from the property, but it's shallow and muddy (and there were a lot of logs and stuff floating, but it had rained a lot, so I suspect that may not always be the case). I'm not sure if the lot is zoned for allowing a dock, but if so, that is the only thing I can think of to improve. Our group had an excellent time staying here and will likely book again next year.

Love, love this home, This is our third time staying here, hope to stay here again. Love everything about it, but description is right - that says nature view, don't expect a lake view here. We did see lots of deer, but wish we had lake view instead. Can't see why owner doesn't have some of it cleared off. The new owner the last two years has made some great improvements otherwise. Great for our large family, plenty of room and things to do in rec room. Kitchen is great too. (only suggestion would be one large kitchen trash can, the 2 small ones for 16 people, keeps someone busy emptying those out.) Hope to book again. Love it.

We had a group of 16. Ages 8 to 67. The game room was a big hit with all. Kitchen was well stocked over and above expectation. Bathrooms and showers were wonderful. Beds comfortable. House and property was beautiful. The host was so kind. I highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.

With seven bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, this property really worked well for our family! The well-appointed kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and eating as a family. There was plenty of seating at the kitchen and dining room tables and nearby countertop bar seats.
The property included two side-by-side large refrigerators, as well as a chest freezer. Very nice laundry room with plenty of space and up-to-date washer and dryer.
Beds were comfortable, plenty of parking, nice outdoor furniture and fire pit. The game room was amazing and had activities for everyone, regardless of their age!
David was very prompt to answer any questions that came up for us. Overall, it was a great week and we highly recommend this property.

Great house for family to stay in. Unique with lots of room. Kids & adults LOVED the game room. Plenty of kitchen are with lots of extra refrigerator and freezer space. House had all the amenities we needed - kayaks, bikes, games, blow-up mattress. Owner super easy to work with. We would recommend this house to anyone.

We rented two boats. We put one in the slip provided by the owner and the other one at the Marina just across the lake. We stayed 4 nights, 3 days and boated every day. We also went to the land between the lakes and hiked one morning, but mainly everyone wanted to be in the boats. There was plenty of seating room in both the living area and the dining area. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Internet reception was spotty but that wasn't all bad - kept the teens off their phones.

Huge house with room for 18 comfortably! Places this big are hard to find for our entire family. Everyone agreed - comfortable beds, luxurious/huge marble showers in three bathrooms (two were double heads) and the gameroom was enjoyed by all! Lake access and veiw was limited (but that was known prior), we were able to tie up our fishing boat on property. We enjoyed the kayaks, inflatables and sprinkler. There was an issue with the stove and ice maker, but David was very communicative with this and allowed us to purchase an electric double burner stove top and had a counter top ice maker as work-arounds for both. Overall, 4.5 stars - great place to host our family!

We booked this lake house for a 3 night Kentucky vacation with my parents, sister's family, and my family. We had 10 adults and 2 kids total. The game room was the highlight of our stay. We all spent many hours there enjoying playing with each other. We encountered a small issue that was out of the owners control and he was extremely responsive and made it right as quickly as possible. Several of the bedrooms do not have blinds or window covers, that didn't bother me much, but I'm an early riser. Some of the family members that liked to sleep in didn't appreciate the early morning sun. All things considered it was a great stay in a great location on the lake and close to a few marinas.

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and again same as in 2022 everything was great. The improvements that David has made to the property was awesome and the future improvements will just make it that much better. Everyone had a great time and we spent most of the time on the deck with the new out door furniture. Very comfortable. Again, Great and enjoyable stay!

This property was perfect for our large family trip. There was more than enough room for everyone and the kiddos loved the game room. The backyard was always busy with activities, we even built a fire and had s’mores one night. We utilized the boat dock and went across to the beach, which again was a great kid activity. We had an issue with the a/c but David was very responsive and went above and beyond in making sure it was fixed and our stay was great.

We had a family reunion here and it was wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing, The beds were comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Place was perfect and the owner was very communicative and helpful and made it so easy. We loved the place and would love to come back. This area is quiet and welcoming.

My family, friends, and I all traveled here to celebrate our sons college graduation. We had a blast, this place will not disappoint you. The property has tons of space and so many cool features and amenities it kept all of us occupied. We got to enjoy the property, the area and each other. The owners were great, very inviting and accommodating with fast responses. We will definitely be back in the future.

This property is like being at a lodge at a resort. Very beautiful and spacious in a picturesque setting. Beautiful views from every window especially the back. Upscale kitchen and laundry room appliances and what a laundry room which has a second refrigerator and lots of storage space. We felt blessed to celebrate our family Christmas here and will cherish the memories for many years to come. The owners are very personable and responsive. It is important to them that your vacation stay is a good one. My family highly recommends this property and we hope to have the opportunity to return some day.

Layout is not a normal house but it is great for large groups. Separate area for the adults and kids have their own game room. Unusual. Kitchen is large and allows for multiple people to be prepping for meals. We were able to pull chairs from other spots to have enough for the table but if you filled up the beds you would have to utilize the youth table concept and possibly bring in some folding chairs.

We had a wedding on this property. Overall the house provided us with all our needs. Plenty of room and activities inside the house. Great communication with the owners they were very helpful through the process. If you are going to have several cars at the property I suggest setting up a car pool or other parking arrangements. We will forever remember this house it was beautifully decorated and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful House, plenty of room, plenty of parking. Wonderful game room, which most of our time was spent, if we were not on the lake. Nice outside seating. Coffee time was spent there in the mornings. I would certainly stay again. We all loved it.
