- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

Perfect, perfect perfect we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The grandkids love the hot tub and swimming pool. The house was great beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again!!

Home was very lovely and clean . The host made booking so easy with the great and fast communication. A lot of space for cars. Back yard was clean and big . Only thing I had issue with was getting the pool lights to work at night . Other than that we enjoyed my dude 30th get together with family and friends . Also if you have a ps5 it was an easy hook up to the den tv …..also the master bedroom is on one side the house while the other are on the other so I loved the privacy!!! Book here !! If you want a clean place and fast communication and a great time with no worries

My family of 5 had a great time at this property! It was clean and the perfect size for all of us to stay comfortably. The property managers were very quick to respond any time that we needed anything!

Overall we had a great time. We had a few minor issues that were mostly corrected quickly. Host was very easy to work with. Good location for getting to the Ft Worth Stockyards easily. Pool area was nice!

Very nice house with great pool and hot top! Very roomy. Large dining area. All in all very good. Check in and out very easy. Some kitchen utensils could be added / renewed. The outside bar at the barbeque is a bit run down and there is no water, but this was no problem.

The house was clean and met our needs, a bit run down and the TV service was spotty at best. The house is big and accommodating for larger groups. Beds were great! Very comfortable. It advertised to be 5 min from the stockyard’s in reality it was at least 20min with no traffic. If we would have known we would have rented a car. It had a nice little fir pit but no would was supplied, and like most we were visiting from out of town, and would not know where to get any. Over all we had a great time and didn’t spend much time there so we were happy!

We spent fall break here with our family of six. We loved our stay and the management team was easy to interact with and quick to communicate. The house was clean and the layout was great. The weather was a little cool for swimming for me as we were there in the fall, but the kids were able to swim a couple days. Highly recommend this place and we will 100% stay again if we are in the area.

We needed a place to stay, were getting some repairs done at the house and this place in Haltom city was perfect. Four bedrooms, family room, dining room, kitchen, and pool outback. Great space to entertain or relax. Very clean throughout and communication was great with the host.

Everything inside was clean and had what we needed for the most part. Hairdryers didn't work. But the photos accurately describe the property inside.
The owner took care of most of our issues. One can see that they are really trying to upgrade their property. I think that they could do with a better property manager though.

Excellent Choice
I would definitely recommend this place. Other than the entry door showing some water damage and maybe some wood rott everything else was in great condition. My family friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned the pool was cleaned the day of arrival so that was a great a sign. The outdoor area and pool were excellent. Linens clean, a little short in wash towels and drying towels but we anticipated snd had our own so that wasn't an issue. The area was quiet and easy to find. The management team was in constant contact so it made things easy if there were ti be any issues. We loon forward to booking again in the future.

Misleading pictures, Not a great neighborhood
The pictures are quite misleading of this property. The pool is 'not bad' but definitely not luxury. The lawn and landscaping was bad... dead, rundown, not maintained. There was a tiled table by the pool with many of the tiles broken and just laying around. The 'outdoor kitchen' was a joke - the grill and sink did not work and only there because it would take a lot of cost and effort to remove. There is a cheap gas grill that works but it's a free standing so we rolled it away from the disgusting outdoor kitchen. The listing does not lie about the features but it also doesn't mention this house is in a crowded neighborhood with other houses that are literally 10 feet apart and separated by rundown, mismatched fences. The rooms and bathrooms were fine and pretty much as described; however, it's obvious this was an older house that was updated just so it could be listed for Vrbo. The kitchen had no spices or even salt/pepper and not well stocked other than basic pots/pans and essentials. The light switches through out the house were confusing and all the light bulbs were harsh LED lights. The TV's were nice and the wifi worked well.

We rented the house for the backyard and it was awful. Unfortunately we left early. It was obvious this host is a company because we got robotic answers. I would not rent this home for the backyard. I took several pictures and submitted to the host and basically got robotic answers when truly the pool was so dirty we were not for sure of it was safe to use. We own a pool ourselves and I know what a pool is supposed to look like and this pool has not been cleaned for awhile even though the robotic answer said it was .. doesn’t even have a working vacuum. It was all trashed by the pool equipment.

We enjoyed our stay. there were a few things that we were not expecting. There were no face towels and only 1 pot and 1 skillet. We were able to go to the nearest walmart and purchase towels to bathe and my daughter brought cookware from her home. These mishaps did not ruin our trips. I would definitely recommend this property

This is a spacious and comfortable home located in a very convenient part of Fort Worth. There is a big kitchen with plenty of room to cook. The backyard is gorgeous with a pool and plenty of room for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much!
