It’s time for some sunshine at this bright beach cottage, just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore. Step out your front door to your sunny deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and take a seat in one of your rocking chairs. No rush – you’re on vacation. Keep breakfast prep simple when everyone wakes up, and eat together at the dining table for eight. Or, dine alfresco downstairs at your picnic tables on the patio. If you're looking to cook up something hearty, no problem – the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, counter space, and all the gadgets you need. Once everyone's fed and ready, head off to the beach. With such a convenient location, it's easy to run back and forth to the house for lunch or if a little one needs a mid-day nap. After a full day of fun, come home, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower, and get cozy. Flip on the flatscreen or grab one of the many games available to spend a little more together time. At the end of the night, grab a frosty beverage and head back out onto that deck for a little rocking chair time under the stars.

The house was very nice. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, spices, cutlery, etc. Very nice covered space under the house with picnic tables and a grill. We had a wonderful stay!

We visited for Thanksgiving and were very please to find the kitchen so well stocked. We did not have to worry about bringing any items from home, they even had dishes for our small child. Home was beautiful and just right for our stay, short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

We so enjoyed this home on Sunshine Lane! We had such a large group that we had also rented a house on beach front and this one. This house was stellar! Our son’s family stayed here and were so pleased and comfortable. One evening he and his lovely wife prepared a beautiful fresh seafood meal using the outside grill and picnic tables for staging! What a delight to have all the perfect cooking equipment, and serving dishes to display his fancy gourmet meal! The games were awesome for everyone to enjoy. The beach is just a couple minutes walk, the beds were perfect, it was so clean! We would definitely want to rent this home again when at Holden Beach!

Comfortable clean accommodations. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could possibly need to eat in. Beach was a short walk with beach access at the end of sunshine to the left. Quiet nieghborhood. Very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay. Hope to come back soon.

This was the perfect place for our crew to hang out for the last few days of summer break. The house is bright and cheery inside with cute decor and a great bedroom layout. The amenities were great and the walk to the beach is short. Felt like a great neighborhood and we loved the vibe.

This was our first vacation back at Holden in 5 years so we were really looking forward to it & Holden Onto Sunshine didn’t disappoint. Open floor plan, clean house EVERYTHING we needed included inside—short walk to beach outside—who could ask for more? We can’t wait for next year!
