About this apartment rental

This apartment has an incredible view of the Oquirrh Mountain Temple and the Rocky Mountains. We are fortunate to face East which offers us the best view of the mountains. Every season is beautiful. You never get tired of it.
The apartment is completely above ground which brings lots of natural light to the place. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac and very safe.
My family and I live upstairs. You might hear us walking, talking, and water faucets/pipes.
Just to disclose, for security purposes we have a Ring doorbell camera in my house front door and a floodlight with a camera on the backyard of the house.

We loved our 4-night stay here! It was an oasis of peace and calm to return to after our busy and fun and chaotic family reunion. Super clean, space to relax, hosts were great and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

In my 20 years of staying in many vacation properties, this lower-level apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable ever. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed plus more, as well as little touches that made it feel welcoming. Close to highways, restaurants, places of interest. The views of the mountains were stunning. I'd love to stay here again.

We love this place, its perfect for us, in a great location. This is our second year and take advantage of the location on our way back from Solana Beach California to Burlington Ontario, Canada. We ski Snowbird and Alta and Thelma's place just works very well.

What a wonderfully welcoming appartement. So well furnished, warm and tastefully decorated - we felt like home the minute we came in and unpacked. Thelma's place is on our top list whenever we come back for another ski trip in Utah.

I needed a place to stay while I traveled for school and was really pleased at my stay. It was clean and super cute. The owner was so helpful and friendly. The back yard is an oasis , and views are breathtaking.

The property was easy to find, easily accessible from major freeways, and to restaurants and shopping, yet outside the city. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time spent at the VRBO on the patio and inside as well as exploring the area. It was nice to be able to stay in a homey suburban setting. The fully stocked kitchen was very convenient. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.

This place is beautiful and clean and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would love to stay here again. The location is very convenient to many shopping and dining places. It looked like there were a lot of beautiful walking paths although the weather didn’t cooperate. I would highly recommend staying here.

We cannot say enough great things about the property. Beautiful, easy to find neighborhood. Close to everything, like 5 minutes to great restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Full kitchen availability - I even baked a pie and lasagna!! We recommend this to anyone & cannot wait to stay here again when we are in the area. Property manager was super prompt with any questions/concerns we had. Thanks for a home away from home!

We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed calling this our home during our Utah vacation. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked with amenities. Groceries & dining are a short drive away. When I first saw this listing, I thought it was in a basement, but in reality this lower level apartment is completely above grade due to the slope of the property. There is no interior access to the upper floor; it is its own separate living space. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and yet we never saw them during our stay (they gave us our space/privacy). We also did not hear much noise from above. Glad we picked this VRBO for our stay!

This protest was stunning, beautifully cleaned and had all of the things we needed. Beds were super comfy and the living area was cozy. The location was perfect, a nice trail to walk close by in a beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this home 100%.

Our stay was very pleasant in this wonderfully stocked and immaculately clean apartment. It is a bit further from skiing but I could have figured that out ahead. But very happy to have stayed in this apartment though having the somewhat longer drive to Little Cottonwood Canyon.

This vacation rental is amazing! It had everything we needed. Thelma was so friendly and made sure this is a cozy and clean place to stay. Comfy beds, nice linens, full kitchen and even had a little Christmas tree and stockings up. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in town.
